    The worst insurance ever (**************************) car rental insurance from ************* Zero customer service! No contact number for a claim. Zero replies from emails and online claims filed. this company is a total scam!

    I wouldnt even give this business a single star. I purchased two raycon earphones along with protection/replacement coverage. My daughters pair was damaged in June and its October and the claim is still under review. Then I had a pair damaged in August and I am getting the run around for documentation for their own protection plan which was provided during the initial claim. There is no customer service and no protection Plan. This is a hoax and poorly run protection plan.

    I booked a flight and purchased insurance. There were several logical reasons I missed my flight and I had documentation for it all; however, my claim was denied and I was never able to speak with a live person. I am very unhappy with losing the money for my flight that I could have easily redirected for another flight.

    If you are a military family, this insurance is NOT for you. THIS IS NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY!! The military has a different way of doing things and although they say that a revoked leave is part of the protection, it is NOT true. My husband was not approved for leave and then after we started the claim process, my husband got COVID, but since we had already started the process with the revoked leave, they denied the second application due to COVID. SO DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    Purchased "Travel protection" insurance through priceline a month before our trip to ***************. Due to ********* Update causing system outage nationwide, it resulted in our flight back to get cancelled. Out initial flight got delayed due to carrier error, and then we dealt with cancelled flight leaving us stuck in *************** for 3 additional days. I ran out of my prescription medication which wasn't available in the country I was in due to this cancelled flight resulting in a severe sickness.When attempting to file a claim online, which is the ONLY way to submit a claim.. it keeps directing me to "helpful article" and unable to file the claim. When reached out to Customer support, it was a 3rd party company who lacked knowledge of xcover and could not assist. Only telling me to try submitting claim later. I have attempted numerous times with same results..When I requested for cancellation/refund as this service was not working, Priceline directs me to Xcover, and when I ask Xcover for refund, they direct me to priceline. Non-stop back and forth. Rejected refund due to time of purchase, essentially punishing those who plan their trips purchasing ticket/travel plans ahead of time. Xcover cannot be a legit business with this lack of support and non-usable claims website. No other option to submit a claim, no direct xcover support. Just a 3rd party company who admits to not knowing much about xcover but accepts incoming customers call. Whats the point in that? ********************** should be investigated. Charges and accepts payment but fails to provide service of what was paid for. Fraud. Avoid at all cost. Better off saving your money than purchasing this fraud "insurance"

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I wish I could give this company zero stars. I had to cancel a flight due to a staffing shortage at my job. Im a nurse, so its pretty much non negotiable in that world. Priceline, who I purchased the tickets through was zero help, offered no refund of any kind but suggested I use my insurance that I purchased. But this insurance company was even worse in the help department. You cant get ahold of anyone to ask questions, the email they force you to send never gets answered. You have to ****** a phone number thats is just a recording. You have absolutely no option to speak to a human being in any way with this company. However, when you file a claim, miraculously they turn a result of declined within 8 hours. Priceline should be ashamed of offering such a HORRIBLE choice of insurance.

    I booked a flight that needed to be cancelled due to the family member I am visiting being sick, it is impossible to get a person to respond to any emails nor return my voicemail. I attempted to file a claim online through there website but they are asking me for supporting documents that I cannot provide as I am not the person sick. My nephew who I was visiting is the one in the hospital and it is against HYPA law for them to force me to provide them with someone else's personal medical records. I have tried numerous time to reach out and attempt to get a refund but no one will respond to me or return my call so that I can explain the situation since there is no tab nor box option for my issue. I originally purchased my tickets on ****** who has also been zero help, when I added the insurance to my flight it was made to seem like ****** was providing the insurance not a 3rd party, now I cannot even get a person on the phone. I will no longer use ****** ever again.

    So I mailed a package through goshippo of ************************************************* *******. I live in ********** PayPal said they covered me in the beginning then the person went to their bank and cried the bank issued a negative $795 chargeback on my wife's account so now we are out the inventory and money that we don't have because I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income. We were told by a PayPal that they would cover us because we had proof that both packages or received at the same date and time and signed by the homeowner however this wasn't the case when I contacted goshippo and try to file a claim for the insurance they told me I needed to contact xcover and submit the following documents to them so I did everything I was supposed to do in order to get my insurance claim of $800. The very fact that this business operates in the ************* they don't have any number for you to contact a representative life the very fact that I submitted all supporting documents to them in regards to everything that they requested of me the person's bank did a thorough investigation PayPal didn't even give us any type of information so that my wife or I could contact his bank and speak to them directly so honestly I'll say something right now PayPal approved us because we showed both packages were signed for then he went to his bank and complained his bank issued a chargeback we couldn't contact his bank to say hey look both packages were signed for by the same person we don't even know if his bank even investigated with the *** I tried to open a claim with *** for the package I was told by the operator through *** that both packages were delivered I couldn't speak to the driver to see if that was true or not all I could take was the person who was receiving the packages I was I could take was their word. If my insurance company didn't pay me $800 for the Lost package then what more can I do about it seriously at this point in time can somebody help me plz thanks

    This company sells Travel Insurance, which I bought when I purchased tickets to ******. My lady friend's mother fell and hit her head and was hospitalized. We felt it was important that we stay in the U.S. and I tried to submit a Claim. It's very difficult if not impossible to submit a claim. Their phone number goes to a recording, with no one answering; so there is NO customer service.I have read other similar complaints.I wonder if this company is a Fraud.

    I have been working with Xcover for about 7 weeks now, they always want more and more info. I don't know how much more of this I can do, once I send them what they request, they ask for something else. I am sure in the end I have will come across a dead end and they will win.Still have not been able to resolve any issues with a refund. No one to communicate with, it's all done on line. If you call the 855 number that is listed, no one call back, you are directed to their website.Don't buy this insurance...it has to be a SCAM. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY HAVE A 4.44 rating. they must pay people not using this service to write positive reviews.
