    Fraud! They will deny any claim. I was in Maui during fires and had illness. Concert was in another state. I could not physically travel. They denied my claim. Awful. Unethical Scan!

    Mine and my moms flight was delayed over 6 hours due to weather at DEN and I provided every delay email and they didnt approve my claim. On their website it explicitly states that a delay of over 6 hours is covered. They kept asking for a written letter from American Airlines about why the flight was delayed (umAmerican Airlines could never be that personal) instead of just looking up the fact that there was an hours-long ground stop at DEN that day. They essentially expect you to investigate your own claim???To make matters even more frustrating, they never respond to emails and they blatantly lie on their website about coverage. Do NOT trust this company and do NOT purchase their insurance. Its literally the biggest waste of money.

    Even though severe weather prevented me from getting to my show due to flooding and many knocked down trees from a storm. XCover claims this doesn't match their policy even though it clearly does.

    I will not. Your untimely response is unprofessional and you advertise on your site that you "Our policies cover you if you are unable to attend an event for any covered reason, such as illness, transportation delays and more." I gave all the proper documentation and gave my reasoning. If I don't get my refund I will continue to complain and get the BBB directly involved. This is anti consumer activity and I know my rights.

    I paid for their insurance and couldn't make the event due to car trouble. I provided all the documents and still didn't meet their "policy". Don't use, they will always find a way to not repay you.

    Waste of Money. They are FRAUDS, SCAMMERS and literally need to be shut down. We had to file a claim for our child who couldn't attend a family vacation because her father was diagnosed with cancer and was seeking treatment out of the Country and she wanted to go be with her father. My claim for $712 was denied because it didn't fit into their guidelines. I will NEVER EVER purchase insurance through this company again nor will I EVER use Booking.com as a travel site. Both are FRAUDS.

    Xcover is beyond sketchy!!Dear ********************** or any kind people, ********************* They will deny your claims. There are oodles of several negative reviews, I was unaware when I purchased. Legit Problems or delays they say they cover are not covered!! Just poke around and see.Save your money, tell your friends!!!

    Be aware. We purchased full coverage from RentalCover.com, owned by Cover Genius, for our ************ visit. A wind-blown Porta-Potty hit our car, captured on video. We have been charged for damages by the car rental company in SA. RentalCover now tells ** that since someone else was responsible, they are waiting for the rental car company to charge those responsible, and reimburse **. This is not insurance. We are being penalized for not being at fault. Worst, they tell ** that if the rental car company doesn't refund **, they'll outline an "alternative process for obtaining a refund". All of this for just an $800 claim.... And now I learn of their C+ rating on BBB. Looking like a scam to me.... provides as much coverage as the Porta Potty that hit **.Date of experience: January 27, 2023

We have investigated the facts underlying your message and we can confirm the following: On January 6, 2023, you booked a rental vehicle and purchased a protection plan, sold by RentalCover.com. On February 24, 2023, you submitted a claim under the plan and first notice of loss was received. An automated email was sent acknowledging receipt of your claim. On February 27, 2023, we reached out to the rental company to request further information to process the claim. On March 7, 2023, you contacted us via email requesting a status update for your claim. On March 9, 2023, we contacted you via email advising that we were working with the rental company to get more information to process your claim. On that same day, you contacted us via email asking for more details on our claims process and left a negative review via TrustPilot and filed a complaint with the BBB. On March 10, 2023, we attempted to contact the rental company again, but were unsuccessful. On that same day, we also acknowledged your review via TrustPilot and contacted you directly via email to request necessary documents to process your claim. On March 13, 2023, we contacted you via email to provide the document needed to process your claim. On that same day, you responded via email providing the signed document. On March 17, 2023, we contacted you via email to advise that your claim was approved and to provide payment details.We strive to improve and appreciate feedback from all our customers.
