  Bought this as CDW coverage for rental car in ******. Reasonable price up front. Turns out I needed it because I scratched the sides of the car exiting cramped parking buildings. Sent them the info and pictures from the car rental agency upon my return of the car, and received a reimbursement within a week of submission. Easy peasy.

  Negative zero isn't an option, but definitely should be ! Due to 2 of the 4 in our group receiving chemotherapy/radiation, were purchased for the wrong date. So we now have two sets of tickets for same show on different days. They denied our claim. We do not recommend purchasing their insurance!!! HORRIBLE

  The offer popped up after our ****** site car rental. Did spot research on the company and was assured. Signing up was online and easy. We did have a claim for a small door ding from another vehicle. Claim process was straightforward. The claim was approved in hours and payment completed the next day. Because I paid the rental company directly, I was reimbursed. Simple and grief-free.

  The process of obtaining insurance and peace of mind was awesome. If traveling overseas I highly recommend this insurance rather than the rental company

  I purchased full coverage for my rental car and had a flat tire. The tire could not be repaired so I had to buy a new tire. The insurance covered the full replacement cost of the tire. The claim process was quick and easy.

  I bought coverage for my Ireland car rental. I did need to submit a claim upon my return to the **. The claim process was online and easy to complete. I was reimbursed quickly. Definitely would use this company again.

  I do not even want to rate a 1 more like 0. This is not a good company for travel policy. Paid for travel insurance with XCover for a flight to ******. I had to canceled my flight due to illness and when I filed for reimbursement of my flight. They have consistently given me the run around with my claim. I having to call and call and nothing is being done, however there is one guy name ***** who i got twice who has been professional and really tried to get my claim expedited but after a week of him doing this I had to call again and the lady whom I spoke with told me that they have not looked at my documents. This claim was filed 8/25 almost a month ago and ****** has not even looked at the claim. Called on 9/19 and got her voice mail. The policy covered my flight and I paid for travel insurance. My money is just being taken. I will advice that this place be investigated.
