I requested a refund from the company for not providing a product and extremely slow response times to my inquiries. They said I could cancel and receive a refund minus $250 for a doctor's visit on 11/17. I requested that cancellation and refund that on 11/18/2023. I contact them on 12/01/2023, 12/10/2023, 12/15/2023, 12/27/2023 as to the status of the refund. I have not heard a word from them. They are still charging me $175 per month.Business Response

The pharmacy is non-responsive. I requested on Dec 12,2023 an update to my prescribed and pre-authorized Wegovy medication. To this date I only received one response stating we are forwarding your request. The company is imploding with massive layoff including the *** and founder leaving the company. It is 100% non-functional and even though they respond to these complaints they cannot perform with present chaos that is happening. I expect them to go bankrupt and it is immoral to keep accepting new clients when they cannot service their present clients.Business Response

I requested through the support on the app to cancel on Nov 22nd. Per their guideline I could cancel prior to Dr ************ Per their requirement I submitted the cancellation and refund request through the app. I then requested this cancellation 12 more times with no response. I left two voicemails on the phone number that is never answered. I disputed the transaction and was finally answered by Calibrate that they wont refund unless I stopped the dispute. On Dec 22nd I sent them proof the dispute was cancelled and again to cancel and refund. I have sent two more requests once on Dec 27th and another on Jan 2nd. Still no response. Signed up calibrate in January. January 18th had ************************* I was able to get 8 injections and 1 prescription (3 months of metformin) My last shot was may 11th and regardless of multiple attempts to get a refill no one from the medical team would respond. During that time I was still trying to keep up my end of the bargain with coaching which was basically just them telling me how great I was doing (I kept losing without shots due to my lifestyle changes diet and excercise) it wasnt until multiple coaches quit and the fact that I was unable to get my injections and no one had responded to me for THREE months that I started to cancel my coaching sessions. At this point I had lost 30 lbs on my own. I asked for a refund and was told no because I lost 10% of my body weight. I do think the beginning injections helped I think the coaching was a joke and did not contribute to my weight loss at all. I even suggested a partial refund because I was able to lose some weight with the few shots I received and was told no. This is a complete scam.Business Response

January 9th 2023 I signed up for the Calibrate program and paid them in full but financed it through affirm.My first payment came out on February 1st. I was prescribed metformin and couldnt take it due to side effects. April 7th I had a hysterectomy. April 13 the I took my first shot. Due to my side effects of the shot and my stitches from surgery I was advised by my doctor to stop the injections and paused my program on April 26th until June 30th (calibrate agreed). I reached out to be unpaused and during this time they launched a new app that was terrible! No one would respond and it wasnt until July 19th that anyone responded and I was told they were unable to unpause me at this time due to issues on their end. August 1st I asked to cancel my program and for a refund and was denied. September 7th they finally resumed me and since then I have had two coaches leave causing cancellation and reschedules. They finally rescheduled a coach visit and changed the time at the last minute and I was unable to make it. I have had no coach contact and no medication still. I want my money back and they continue to tell me no. This is a scam. I cant even get medication because the pharmacy is out of it. The new year is coming and my insurance will no longer cover the product. Why did I pay $1500 for one set of shots that I couldnt even take and three coaching visits? The only thing you offered was a charge for $1500 which gave me access to a horrible product, app, and spotty communication if any at all and stress. It took a week to hear back from you on a refill and come to find out it needs a new prior authorization from my insurance because it has been so long and I no longer qualify because I am not considered obese. I have since cancelled my membership and asked for a refund which you again have not responded to and will likely deny.

Calibrate completely stopped responding and caused the disturbance in my program which broke the terms and conditions and caused my program to come to a screeching halt and did not resume until MONTHS later and even that was Interrupted by their coaches, quitting and changing my appointments at the last minute.

I paid Calibrate an insane amount of money for absolutely nothing. I received only one proper and on time shipment of medication. Coaching is completely useless and the coaches often request reschedules or cancel. The curriculum is so basic so as not to be useful. Any request for assistance or information is left unanswered for months. In fact, I ended up getting very sick because as mentioned I received my second and last shipment of medication after a long lapse. I asked the company what to do (whether to take the med or start over). I received no answer so went ahead and took the med. I almost ended up in the hospital with pancreatitis. Just a sham of a company. Ive regained all weight lost on the two shipments of meds. In other words, the program didnt work for me at all and as such, I want a full refund. *** waited the entire year for something to change, but calibrate cant get their act together.Business Response

Half of *********** sessions were troubleshooting how to connect given your very horrible app. Ultimately once you switched to a new platform, I couldnt connect with my coach. Your app blocked my account. So what then? In any case, your coaches are not helpful. Your program isnt helpful. This was a complete scam and you should be ashamed of your response. Class action suit coming your way

The company guarantees they will get you a prescription auth for medication from your insurance within 90 days or your money back (less a $250 fee) for members that signed up before Oct 2023. I signed up in July 2023. They were not able to get authorization from my insurance company. It has been over 90 days and they haven't responded to any my attempts to get the refund. I signed up for the health care program on 7/30 after seeing multiple advertisements and fairly decent reviews about the programs benefits long term. Calibrate boasts a science-backed positive approach to weight loss and health management. Their program offers a refund if services arent meant and if you dont reach ~10% of your weight loss goal after one year. My initial doctors appointment was August 25th. I was approved and prescribed medication on August 29, 2023. Neither the medication nor the medicine receptacle were able to be filled within 90 days and after several attempts to reach out to the teams messages were not responded to. I received only canned responses and not one update on status or a no path to medication letter which is required. After requesting my refund so that I could use another service such as Noom or Sequence, I was denied a refund on December 19, 2023 because of their terms with no specific breach mentioned. Im still paying monthly for a service Im not receiving and being told I have to attend coaching sessions and weigh myself everyday which I find very triggering with little progress toward my goals because I also have a full time job and take care of my grandparents.Business Response

Have been a calibrate member for over a year and went to add ********************* which is the extended program for those after completing a year. Once I signed onto ********************* I have had nothing done or completed. They promise you the medication and the same support as before but yet have now been without my medication for over 3 months and still being told that I have to pay for the membership. There is no reason to pay for a membership if there is nothing being provided. I get a response that says nothing can be reimbursed because I "signed up to continue to *******************." However, I am getting NOTHING in return expect for weeks work of waiting for a response that they are "working on it." Also getting back the response of "no refunds or reimbursements." However, once again I would understand if something was actually happening with my account but nothing is being worked on I have no prescription and no response to fix or change or get anything moving. I need my reimbursement back for this program which is not a program after the first year. DO NOT buy into ******************* or anything past the first year.Business Response
