      I accidentally signed up for a 12 month subscription of their weight loss drugs. I have a learning disability and their wording is confusing so I misunderstood what I was signing up for. I had someone look over what I had just signed up for and they explained that it wasnt for the weight loss drugs it was for a weight loss care team. I called the WW customer service line 10 minutes after signing up and the *** told me the program I had signed up for was not through WW so she couldnt cancel it for me that I had to message the care team and they would easily cancel it for me since I misunderstood and it was minutes after signing up. I emailed them and also messaged them in the app. I explained I didnt understand what I was signing up for and realized it minutes after so Id like to cancel. I told them I have a learning disability and was confused and they still refused to refund me or cancel my contract. I considered using WW because I thought they were a business I could trust but theyre taking advantage of people. They should let someone cancel if its a few mins after especially if they were confused about what they were signing up for. Ive included screenshots of the conversations.

       Does not address or solve my problem. I have medical reasons to cancel my "clinic" membership and they don't care. Nowhere in there terms or conditions  does it state anything about needing a note from a doctor in order to cancel. That's ridiculous.

      I signed up for weight watchers back in February, I then cancelled it as I did not want to do it anymore. Since then, I have been charged every month for it, even tho I cancelled the membership. Now they are saying I have to pay every month until January of 2026, which is ridiculous as I do not use them.

      Our cancellation terms are clearly stated on the website. During signup, a mandatory checkbox includes two short paragraphs, with the following in bold: "While you may cancel your subscription at any time, cancellation will not go into effect until the end of your Commitment Plan."

      I am a member of Weight Watchers. I always investigating Weight Watchers medication. Somehow I pressed a button on the app for a nutritionist and they charge me $99. I did not want to talk to a nutritionist. Iwant to investigate about medication. The next day I see that they charge me $99 so I made an appointment for 11 oclock in the morning then I decided to cancel it maybe an hour later canceled it and they charge me a canceled fee of $105 so they charged me $205 and I spoke to no one. I dont wanna speak to anyone and Id like a refund. I spoke to them and the ref refusing to give me a refund.

      As courtesy the no-show fee has been refunded. Cancelations need to happen 24 hours ahead. The visit purchase is non-refundable. On the screen for Registered Dietician visits, one specifically selects the number of visits to purchase and it states "billed today", then the button to purchase says "Purchase visits".

      Weight watchers is charging me for a service plan that I never signed up for. I received an email stating I would be charged $119 for the first month and then $179 per month for a medication weight loss plan if I did not cancel by 4/4, and yet I have not so much as had even an appointment with their medical staff from Sequence.I called WW customer services prior to the date of the charges to occur and they told me the only way I could get out the plan (which I didnt sign up for) was to contact my bank and report fraud. I am unwilling to do that since it disrupts all my online banking to change account numbers and they need to cancel it on their end.I told weight watchers when I follow the link provided in the email to cancel my plan online, that the link just takes me to a sign up template, indicating I dont have a plan. They couldnt find evidence of me having a plan, yet they could see they were going to bill me. I asked them to cancel all data relating to me, they agreed and put in a ticket to cancel last week, and yet just this weekend and this morning I receive more emails wanting me to ensure I get my appointment set up and start receiving medication. I dont want this service, I never signed up for this service, and I want it cancelled and any pending charges cancelled or refunded. The email address they are sending this to is ****************************

      The response you provided is incorrect. I went back through your questionnaire for membership to check. The page with choices for membership do not mention anything about cancellation, there was nothing outlined in boldit was actually in very tiny print on the bottom of the payment page after everything is already filled in and submittedReally deceptive! There was no check box as you indicated.
      As for the other valuable services that you offer: on their own they would be way cheaper than what you keep trying to charge me. As I have already stated, I do not feel comfortable with the knowledge and expertise of your Clinicians since the one that was assigned to me offered alternative medications that would be detrimental to my health! Why on earth would I trust you after that?! I will not pay for medical services that are untrustworthy.

      Prior to activating a membership, a short summary outlining the payment plan and cancellation policy is displayed, with key details emphasized in bold (This is not in fine print). Below this summary, there is a mandatory checkbox confirming agreement with these terms. The membership activation is contingent upon this box being checked.
      WW Clinic memberships include benefits beyond GLP-1 prescriptions. Commitment plans cannot be canceled early solely based on ineligibility for GLP-1 prescriptions, as the memberships offer a range of other valuable services. The subscription fee allows access to our expert Clinicians, a nutritionist, fitness coach, health coach, lessons within the account, etc.
