DO NOT USE THE CLINIC!!!I am writing to express serious concerns regarding my recent experience with this company. Unfortunately, I found the process to be misleading and the customer service unresponsive, resulting in what I believe to be an unjust charge for services I neither intended to purchase nor ********* is what occurred: The program was recommended by a family member to look into the Weight Watchers program. Clearly, I have a completely difference experience than hers. The page gave the clear impression that I could quickly receive approval for the medication supply plan after completing a few questions and submitting payment.Trusting this representation, I selected to proceeded with payment. However, upon checking my confirmation email, I realized I had been enrolledwithout transparent disclosurein a weight loss clinic subscription. The day prior I had just agreed to the standard program and saw the questionnaire pop up, and finding out it would be $300-$400 out of pocket for the medication, they say Im stuck in a commitment for 12 months at $74. Literally for a program I cannot use due to medication out of pocket costs.I find this approach deeply concerning. The process felt misleading and lacked transparency. The companys unwillingness to address a clear case of mistaken purchasedespite immediate cancellation and zero service usageis, in my view, both unethical and disappointing.I hope this feedback prompts a review of the companys communication and refund practices. I would not recommend this service based on my experience and urge others to carefully read all fine print and exercise caution.

Weight Watchers deserves no stars for me but I had to select one. For those considering Weight Watchers for an online weight loss program, dont. If you change your mind about the program or realize its too costly, getting out and getting your money back is impossible. I signed up for a 12 month commitment. Got approved for weight loss surgery, cancelled my membership and Im told theyre gonna charge my card $74 till the end of the commitment period, even tho I cancelled my membership.

I wanted to renew my ww plan which was $11. a month. When I got on the site, it had changed. It was encouraging people to sign up for a different plan. A plan that they claim can get you medicine to help with your weight loss. I signed up for a 12 month plan. I had been wanting to try these shots. They were very attentive at first. They said they would bill my insurance and do prior authorization to get the medicine covered. I got a notification about two days later saying the prior authorization hate been sent. The next day they informed me that they cannot ************** This was not mentioned before I signed up! I told them its okay I would just go back to the $11. plan. They said I couldnt change plans. I would have to pay the $74/month for 12 months. The plan is the same as the $11. plan if they cant get the medication. They offered me *********. I have taken ********* for years for diabetes. It doesnt do anything for weight loss. How is this my fault if they cant bill my insurance? I do not believe I should have to pay for this plan for 12 months.

BUYER BEWARE!! My wife and I are both new WW members. I signed up for the points system 14 days ago and she signed up for the $74 monthly clinic program 5 days ago. The promotional ad that she signed up on led her to believe that the $74 monthly fee included the cost of medication. The clinic **** only communicate via the apps chat option so we couldn't talk to anyone directly, and we were at the mercy of having to wait several days for each response. We had to wait over 72 hours for the "clinic" to finally approve her and provide us with the medication list and pricing breakdown. Up until this point there are no pricing options or medication lists provided. It was at this point that we learned the Wegovy medications that were on the advertisement were all additional charges and much more than just $74 a month. (hundreds more) We immediately reached out to the customer service number to cancel the ********************** portion of her subscription and downgrade her service to the points only system that I am using. The live **** told us they couldn't help us, as it wasn't their department, and that the only way to talk to someone on the "clinic" side of the business was on the chat, via the app. Even after talking with multiple people and even escalating it to supervisors, they stated that we were locked into the $74 monthly rate for 12 months, whether we use the clinic services or not. Had we been told the cost and list of medications up front we would have passed on it immediately. I'll say it again, my wife's account is only 5 days old, and it took 72 hours in waiting for responses on the app to get to that point and they still insisted that we have to pay the $74 charge for 12 months. Bottom line: The ad made it seem like the medication was covered in the $74 cost. Also, the fact that they would treat a new client like this is unbelievable! I will not be using WW after my subscription ends and I will tell everyone I know, including all social media outlets to stay away from WW.

My wife and I signed up online for Weight Watchers last Sunday, June 8, 2025 at $10 a month for 10 months with no problems. The screen asked if you wanted to add the weight loss drug to your program as low as $i5 dollars per month. We clicked to find out more information. A few screens asked questions about our insurance to see if we qualify. It also asked us to send then some information to better see if we qualify for a deal. Right away they said we qualify and asked us more questions. I stopped the conversation chat and said we don't want to move forward until we know the actual price. I did finally get a response that gave the cost of the weight loss drugs that were very expensive. I responded we were not interested and only wanted to do the original Weight Watchers Plan. The next response was that we would need to cancel our request for their weight loss drug program but need to pay our commitment for 12 months at $74.99 a month. What commitment? In this entire process we were only information seeking and they said we committed to their program. They claim we did sign up which is fraudulent. I have the chat log to show that we were only asking for information. We have been on the phone numerous times and they said we will have our Payments Team make a decision on a cancellation. Every time we got an email back saying our request was denied. I asked to get the phone number of their Payments Team but was denied as they didn't answer my request for a number. Their web site leads you down a worm hole and is truly misleading people who just wanted to find out some information on a weight loss drug cost. We never signed up for this addition to the regular Weight Watchers program which they claim we did. How can a company like Weight Watchers who are in the business of helping people do this to two senior citizens. It is heartless on their part. We need help from the Better Business Bureau to help us out.

Was automatically enrolled into their clinic and have tried to cancel several times. I do not use any of their services but am being billed $89 each month for nothing. I have canceled WW *********************************** membership, but am still being charged even when I do not use them for any service whatsoever. I use my PCP for all my prescription needs and have told them this and lost my job at the end of May. Still they keep charging for services not being used, this is a straight scam!!

WW has become a sales scam, not clear about their program, negotiating, one central call center, and if you try to cancel even within 2 days you are charged monthly. I used to hear WW was the #1 Recommended by doctors but not so much anymore per medical professionals Ive spoken with ad they have changed their program dramatically for the worst. They are just not the same company - lacks the personal component that many of us need. They are hard to get ahold of them even though they have local offices?? They want to do most everything online. That may be fine for some but not the majority. Rarely, if ever have location for a group or 1:1 in person check. I signed up not fully aware of all the changes that had been made as they do not tell you up front. I tried to cancel, have received no services and they are still billing me. They try to negotiate with you to not cancel, you say no and they still bill you monthly as they say its in writing you have to be billed even though you are cancelling. WW are not the well respected weight watchers anymore. Look online at all the complaints. Dont know how they are still in business. Tried to report to BBB but they are not with BBB anymore. I have participated in WW in the past and had no issues but that was over 20 years ago. Business is not the same. Very sad. They are still billing me monthly after cancelling within a few days after finding out mostly everything online. Another BUYER BEWARE.

Weight Watchers promised access to GLPI medication for weight loss on a 12-month membership. In May 2025 the *** changed access to the GLP1 medication I have been on since November 2024. I ahve been paying $189 a month for this medication and had been assured that I would be able to not only use the medication but slowly taper off it at the end of my weight loss. The most recent message is that I can continue on this medication for $1100 / month, or just pay my WW membership until November 2025 without any medications. There should be an option to cancel my 1-year membership agreement when the medication they promised is not longer available at an affordable price.I am extremely unsatisfied with their lack of warning that this could happen and their unwillingness to release me from the membership. I am going from a level three dose of medication one week to 0 medication the next, which was one of my main concerns when I chose to use this option.
