      I paid for the plan that was a promotional $10.60 a month. They didnt tell me it was increasing to $23 a month plus taxes. They charged me twice in July and refuse to refund my money. It was ***** twice, once on July 1st and again today on July 4th. They kicked me out of the app while I was talking after I told them I was filing a complaint.

      All our memberships are subscriptions that do not expire unless canceled. As per our Terms and Conditions, our multi-month plans are offered at a lower cost and will automatically renew at the standard monthly fee unless canceled at the end of the plan term.

      The first standard fee for this particular membership was initiated on June 4, 2025. This charge did not go through, and our system continued to attempt the transaction. The payment was successfully processed on July 1, 2025, with the subsequent standard monthly charge occurring on July 4, 2025.

      When the member recently chatted with one of our agents, the July 4 charge was refunded, and  as a one-time courtesy, we have refunded the charge from July 1. The member's app access was discontinued as the agent canceled the membership per the member's request.

      Formal **************************************** and Lack of Transparency - WW (Weight Watchers)I signed up for the WW program under the clear assumption that participation would give me access to GLP-1 medication (specifically Wegovy), as this was strongly implied in their marketing and communications. At no point during the sign-up process was it made clear that I would still be required to use my own insurance to obtain the medicationor that approval through WWs nurse practitioner (**) was only the first step, not a guarantee of access.Only after completing the ** consultation and being approved did I find out I would still need to go through my own insurance to receive the medication. Had I known this from the beginning, I would have simply gone through my insurance directly and saved time and money. I explicitly communicated from the start that I was only interested in the medicationnot the additional support, coaching, or lifestyle content. I made that clear, yet I was still funneled through a process that ultimately did not deliver what I was led to believe I was ************* make matters worse, once signed up, I was informed the program cannot be canceled, meaning they can continue to charge me monthlyeven if I do not have access to the medication I signed up for in the first place. This is deceptive and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic designed to get people enrolled and locked into a recurring billing cycle under misleading pretenses.This program, as presented, is misleading at best and borders on fraudulent. If insurance doesnt cover the cost of the medication, and WW does not provide an alternative way to access it affordably, then the program provides me no value based on what I actually signed up for.I am requesting a full refund and immediate cancellation of my membership. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to my bank, relevant consumer protection agencies, and leave public reviews to warn others.

      Our WW Clinic memberships have more to offer than just GLP-1 prescriptions, so not getting these prescriptions at an expected cost is not a valid reason for us to terminate a commitment plan early. We can confirm that the membership will be terminated at the end of the commitment period.

      Company refused to return my payment to my card for no service they have false information about program they told me to cancel my card and said they will not give me my money I literally just paid for the most product and they are refusing to cancel the membership after I received all information and im uninterested with there services

      I have contacted WW multiple times requesting cancellation as Weight Watchers was deceptive in advertising and billing. I cancelled 5 days before the 1 week free trial was over yet they keep billing me. The cancellation policies are difficult to find, very confusing and unclear. I have notified my credit card company and now the BBB of fraudulent billing practices.Regards, **** *******

      Customers specifically choose their desired plan, and the price is reduced for longer durations. The plan in question is a 10-month commitment at a reduced price of $10.00 per month and does not include a one-week free trial.

      When the cancellation request was submitted, the membership was set to cancel at the end of the ten-month term, as per the terms agreed upon at signup. However, as a one-time courtesy, the membership has been fully canceled.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      1.  I cancelled the plan the first few days BEFORE the trial period was over.  The trial period was offered and I discovered I do not like the plan.  

      2.  I did not know it was a plan I couldn't cancel. This is fraud!  It was not clear how the plan worked and confusion trying to cancel multiple times.

      Signed up for membership 1/3/25 for $49 one time fee + $74 per month. Advertised as $49 fee only and access to physician to obtain semaglutides. I believe this to be deceptive advertising as I did not sign up for anything outside of that which was not provided.. Specifically, I was misled about costs, denied a refund and encountered problems with insurance coverage for the medication (semaglutides).I continue to be charged every month for a service I did not receive.

      Date of Transaction: May 12, 2025 and June 12, 2025 Amount Paid in total: $133 What the Business Committed to Provide:Weight Watchers (WW) committed to provide access to their digital weight loss program along with physical products (such as snacks, supplements, or starter materials depending on the plan).Nature of the Dispute:I subscribed to a Weight Watchers plan expecting both access and product delivery. However, I never received the physical products associated with my plan, and I am medically allergic to ingredients used in their product offerings. Because of this, I am completely unable to use what I paid for, and I reached out to cancel and request a refund.Despite multiple requests, I was told that I am not eligible for a refund and that there is nothing they can do. This is unacceptable as I never received the full product, and the portion I did receive is unusable due to a documented health condition.Has the Business Tried to Fix the Problem?No. They have repeatedly denied my refund request without offering any alternative solutions, even after I explained the situation clearly.       I signed up for a contract/ membership not understanding the charges and fees. I realized the charges were not what I can afford and within 24 hours I asked for a refund and to cancel my membership. They didnt respond for a few days and said I cant get out of the contract until February. They were providing me with semiglutide for a reasonably price but with the new membership they want $500 a month and a $74 membership. I told them I cant afford this and the whole membership with them is very confusing. I want out of my membership with them. I was also charged $39.15 on June 18th by them for something, I dont know what

      I am being billed for a 12-month Commitment Plan with WeightWatchers that I canceled before using. I never accessed any services, attended any meetings, or used any features. Despite canceling the plan before it began, the company refuses to terminate it and insists on charging me monthly for the remainder of the year-long plan.A representative (*******, Senior Manager at WeightWatchers) responded to my request by saying they are no longer willing to discuss cancellation and that I am not eligible for early termination due to their policies even though I never used the service at all.I have since canceled the card on file and notified the company that I will not pay for a service I never used. I am requesting that WeightWatchers immediately cancel the 12-month Commitment Plan, confirm that no further charges will be made, and formally acknowledge that I owe nothing further.
