      The whole program is a bait and hook . Finally, I had to cancel a credit card in order to stop them from billing my credit card after informing them to cancel my membership. I regret ever starting this program. Now they are still sending unwanted emails to me, even after I have blocked. I received greater than 100 emails in repetition.

      They changed their name and when they **** they use another name next to WW (Digital). Very deceptive in my opinion. Collecting on millions of people on this trial offer??? Had not accessed anything in over a year because I thought I canceled on the site. Reporting to FTC.gov site as well for deceptive practices. There needs to be reform with this auto billing. Getting out of control and enriching these greedy companies.

      Our name was changed to WW in the Fall of 2018. Since then, our charges show on most members' statements as "WW International". This membershipwas opened in April 2021 under a promotion for 6 months, where the first 3 months were at no charge. It was not a free trial. All our memberships are subscriptions, which, as stated in our Terms upon sign up, will continue charging monthly until the member cancels. Upon canceling, members always receive a case number or a system-generated email confirming the cancelation.
