  This is a scam riding on the long standing great reputation Of Weight Watcher's I am in a 12 month comitment simply because I clicked the yes accidentally without being informed of the full discloseure- incerdibly small print and on my cell phone. I want my money back and I want the general public to knw this is a money making scam.

  **************** is terrible. I signed up. Turned around and canceled it 15 minutes later and they would not give me a refund and are gonna charge me for the next two months as well at over $200. I canceled because I was talking to my father during the process which his girlfriend has brain cancer, and it was decided I would have to go back-and-forth to help take care of him. It was not gonna fit in my schedule at that time and all she could say was Im so sorry but we have to go by the terms and conditions. I hadnt even started. It was approximately 15 minutes in between signing up and canceling. I used them about 20 years ago and they were amazing. Now they are very poor would never use them or never suggest them.

  This has been a nightmare! DO NOT JOIN WEIGHT WATCHERS! I joined on March 23rd. Both the Care Coordinator and the ** seemed helpful. I wanted to meet with the team with the intent of discussing the medication. I had been on *********** prior to this and it wasn't working. I had lots of questions for the care team. When it was time for the appt. I tried for 20 min to get into the meeting. I emailed them and was switched to a chat consultation, which I never had. On the 26th, the ** decided *********** would work well for me and started me on the lowest dose. I had already been on a much higher dose that wasn't working. She sent my prescription to the pharmacy . I questioned them about the dosage. They asked me for proof I was on the dosage I said I was on. By now, I have the medication delivered to my door. On the 31st, after back-and-forth emails about the prescription, I asked to be released from the membership. They said I surely could cancel but I must pay $189 each month for 12 months per my plan. I was thrown into a medication without a consultation where I could have shared my concerns right away. I asked for a phone number to talk to someone about the contract and got a voicemail that told me to email to some address I couldn't understand. When I asked the clinician again, she said that was all she had. They then recommended I try another medication that was going to cost me an additional $400-$600. I told them I couldn't afford it. Had we had this conversation initially I wouldn't have joined WW. I then had an abnormal lab due to an auto-immune disease I have and asked to be released for medical reasons related to the lab, but they determined the lab result was a result of a medication I am on and shouldn't affect my being on ***********. I told them I have medical concerns that need to be addressed and respectfully requested they release me from the contract. They now want a statement from my doctior stating I am not cleared to proceed with this treatment.

  They make you enter a membership prior to alerting you that they don't accept your health insurance but will not cancel your membership. Maybe its not a scam but it is incredibly shifty and not what I expected from a supposed reputable company.

  Please pay attention to the negative reviews, I can't imaging any of the reviews that give more than a 1 star are legitimate. As other reviewers have said, you will get charged for services never used. You will never get reached out to by a clinician, and if you do, it is very hard to connect with them. I was contacted once over a 12 month period, and charged over $1300 without having received any services, or products. The so called ***************** "manager"" is a joke, there is no trust in this company, no true customer care except to take your money. Don't trust this company with any weight loss goals or guidance. Don't even click the links - run, run far from Sequence and WW.

  I was enticed by the advertised $49.00 fee to join. It was mandatory that I select a plan for a specified number of months. I subcribed to a three month plan only to learn that the cost for Wegovy was actually over $200.00 a month. I attemped to cancel the membership on line and via phone calls. I have been charged $84.00 a month for three months. Because my wife was in and out of the hospital for a life threatening condition and I was driving an hour each way to be treated for cancer at the ********* Clinic, I did not realize I was paying for a membership I've never used. A clinition informed me thet I could not cancel the mebership "and the best she could do for me was to place me in their core program". I feel the advetisements and their website are misleading. I am requetsing a full refund for the three months considering I never used the program in any way.

  Horrible business model. The Sequence team lured me in for weight loss medication. They didnt tell me they dont work with my insurance before hand. Come to realize, they dont work with my insurance. I received the medication from my current insurance provider after the fact. Now they wont cancel my subscription with them. They absolutely refuse even though there is nothing they can do to help me. What a scam!!!

  I enjoy the main WW app. However I followed a link that mentioned the weight loss medication starting at $49/month then after $79/month. So I signed up. Little did I know that that is ONLY for the WW Clinic. This isn't for the weight loss medication, which costs alot more. As soon as I realized this (the same day) I reached out to WW asking them to cancel my WW Clinic membership. They didn't budget at all. They said I'm in a contract (which again wasn't fully clear, in Bold lettering) and there is no leway. I informed them I have no use for WW Clinic and am just throwing $ down the drain. I then asked if my $25/ month i pay for the reg WW app would be part of the $74/month cost. They said it would. However, I just got charged $99 for both *********************************************** Clinic. So I got on the phone today to talk, and was met with a condescending individual letting me know it's really not smart to sign up for a 12 month contract when I'm not going to use it. I tried 3x to explain my situation in a civil way, but was created again with a very rude manner. I'm extremely disappointed in WW. I've used their app for years and love it. But the horrible customer service, along with the lack of transparency has really tainted my view of them. I'm now out $99/ month, which in today's economy is cannot afford!

  I'm highly dissatisfied with this company and the handling of my request to cancel a membership. I am facing homelessness and needed to cancel the subscription that i never started and never received medication for. Your team just tells me that i cant cancel and they will still take the $189/month out of my account for the next February. without me receiving anything in exchange. This is absolutely mind blowing that you would create terms and conditions like this - it is a scam. It is not right, especially when I'm telling them upfront that i cant afford this and it was a mistake for me to even sign up for. No one at your company seems to care, or mind if im ok. Which makes me feel unsafe even taking a medication provided by them in the first place. It leaves a really bad taste in someone's mouth after this. I really thought your company was better than this. I was wrong.

  BUYER BEWARE The terms state "cancel at any time" but the small print states ...at the end of the contract. I joined the WW clinic and was not impressed with my choices and I was not impressed with the response time. I had to wait until the next day for a response. I wanted to cancel after one week....most of that time was waiting for WW to get back to me. I was told that I could cancel BUT I would still get charged for the next five months....FOR NOTHING!WW has become so big they are just another big business only out for profits. There is no personal service. Most of the replies via text were "cut and paste". I am terribly disappointed in the company and the service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.Thank you,
