I purchased a London Fog Carry on in Feb 2024 I have only taken this on 1 other trip and now the zipper is broken it is not due to wear and tear. I have emailed once, filed 2 claims online and called and left 2 messages without a response of any kind in more than two weeks! London Fog doesn't seem to care about their customers as these luggage pieces are supposed to have a 10 year warranty. I really just want my zipper fixed!Initial Complaint

I bought online from ******* mens navy blue peacoat by london fog stating 80% wool when receiving mdse the coat says 60% I called Boscovs who told me to report London Fog headquarters in *******. I created a warranty claim on 10/29/24. Per the website, a response should be received within 3 - 5 business days. As of today, I have not received a response. I have sent two follow up emails using the support link provided on the page. I pur*****d a new London Fog Luggage 24" Expandable Hardside Spinner on August 26, 2024. I took my bag on its first trip in October 2024 and the front wheel came completely off when walking with the bag. The other pieces of the wheel are intact so this is a manufactuer defect and not wear and tear issue. As if the wheel was not screwed on completely.I contacted the company after pur***** to make sure registered for the warranty, never heard back. Then I filed a form for the warranty claim after my trip on Oct 28, emailed and called them. Never heard back. Their support just says to email or call them and the phone hangs up after directing you to email them. The email says you have to fill out the form, which I already did. The form says you will hear a response after 3-5 day, which I did not. They take you on a wild goose ***** and do not respond to any support or warranty claims even though they advertise on my bag tagging that my bag is covered for warranty for 10 yrs. I only had the bag for three months and it is not usable. I have followed their process for a claim but have not heard back.I need a response from them and for them to either cover the repair of the wheel - with a new wheel, or replace the bag - per the terms of the warranty.Initial Complaint

I purchased a LONDON FOG Westminster Expandable Spinner Grey, 20" Carry On via ******. Within 6 months from purchase, the suitcase began coming apart. I emailed their customer service, sent me to a generic warranty site. Submitted a claim, no response. Called the number, says to email the unmonitored email address. I purchased a London Fog Regent 25" piece of luggage on May 12, 2024.I took 1 trip from June 8-June 15.When I got home the expandable zipper was broken and the zipper tag gone.I sent the company my receipt, and photos of the luggage.They stated it was not a defect and that I should go after the carrier.I don't believe that should be the case. Luggage needs to be tougher than falling apart after 1 trip. luggage gets thrown, banged, opened closed and it should be tested to last more than 1 trip. If this happened then their design is at fault.I want my money back. It was fairly expensive and I now have to replace it with something else.Initial Complaint

I purchased a suit case small under seat one first time using it the stitching came loose around zipper on front flap. Contacted company got automatic response with form to fill out did that now nothing for a month will not respond to e mails and will not answer phone. Purchased luggage about three years ago...the full set...comes with a 10 year guarantee...what a joke that is! One of my luggage wheels came off and just wanted a replacement shipped to me so that I could fix it or tell me where to bring it to get it fixed. Just trying to find a phone number to call is tuff enough but actually getting someone to answer is much worse! Left multiple vm's but no call back. Went online to try to get some help...they just told me to call a number that no one answers or email someone that does not respond! I've even tried to go to the parent company Iconic Brand & left a vm with *******************...again, no response at all. This company is awful!!! I will NEVER purchase another London Fog product and will recommend that no one else ever does as well.Customer Answer

Purchased a set of 3 London Fog Vintage Hard bags from a retailer on 12/03/2023. Paid $238 for a set. On our very first trip after 2 weeks I discovered out of 3 bags, handles of the 2 bags are defective. Once the handles are retracted, it was impossible to go back in. Manufacturer warranty is for 1 year. I talked to the retailer, they advised me to contact manufacturer as bags were out of their 30 days warranty. I sent multiple emails to the manufacturer's customer service ************************************ *********************************** no response after a month. I called multiple times to their customer service phone number*************), no agents are available, leave a voicemail, voicemail box is FULL each time.
