      I bought a London Fog suitcase last year at ********** department store. I traveled with the suitcase this past month, and when lifting the suitcase the handle broke off. I tried returning to ******** department store and was not ableto because it was purchased more than one year ago.The purpose of my letteris asking London Fog to replace or *********** on your 10 year warranty for the suitcase.I have attached four pictures for you to see the damage.       *** tried unsuccessfully (since November 1, 2023) on many attempts to contact someone at London Fog Luggage. Ive emailed twice and left several messages at ************. Heres the scenario:On March 12, 2022 I purchased 3 pieces of London Fog luggage at ****** *************************** in ********, ** for a total of $525.76. Receipt attached.Items purchased:Leisure Merc/luggage Oxford III Olive 20 Leisure Merc/luggage Oxford III Olive 29 Leisure Merc/luggage Oxford III Black-WHI Upon my return from a flight on October 31, 2023 when retrieving the Leisure Merc/luggage Oxford III Olive 20 from the overhead bend, the handle on the luggage came apart and the workmanship on the handle was damaged (see image ****). As you can see from the pictures, the luggage has not been used much and the few times I've used the luggage I've carried it on the plane, and never utilized as "checked baggage". I'm reaching out to verify how I can be reimbursed for the purchase of this bag for $144.00.Thank you for your assistance.*************************** - ************ *************************

      I purchased a London Fog suitcase in March 2016. The suitcase came with a 10 year warranty. It recently broke and the company refuses to repair or replace the suitcase, stating it was damaged and it is not under the warranty.

      I bought a suitcase on warranty August 4, 2023. The first time i used it for a 3 week trip the handle doesn't work properly (one side doesn't retract). Multiple attempts to contact the customer service email provided on the warranty, over several weeks (and trying other means as well), & 0 response. Others have posted similar about this company and the same piece of luggage on the london fog ******** page. The bag came with a 5-year limited warranty "guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials"

      Purchased a 24' Spinner from **** on May 30, 2023, received the luggage on or about 2 June 2023. Used the luggage in October for an overseas trip all went well. Used the luggage again on 23 November *********************************************************************** down when pushing the button. I spoke with the airline Southwest who stated they do not cover luggage unless it is proven their staff was negligent and damaged the luggage; contacted **** who told me they would not exchange or refund my $179.69 because my purchase date is outside the return/refund period of 30 days. Contacted London Fog to file a warranty claim since it has been only 4 months and I received an email to contact another department; contacted that department and they emailed and told me to contact the previous department. I attempted to call the customer service number provided ************ and was placed in a loop of no agent available please leave a message, then received the message that the mail box was full. I am asking for London Fog to honor their 1 year warranty they provide and either refund my money or provide me a replacement luggage.

      I purchased 3 pieces of luggage on 10/26/2023. I used the larger and medium size luggage on 10/27/2023 for a trip I took. When I made it to my destination the larger suitcase the stitching has become detached at the seams and you can completely stick your had through it and remove the belongings. On the mid size the zipper has become detached and when I went to remove the suitcase from the trunk it completely opened and all of my stuff came out, thank goodness this didn't happen at the airport on the conveyor. I have sent 5 emails to London Fog in reference to the warranty and to have the luggage repaired or replaced. My first email was on 11/3/23 and my last 11/20/23. I also called several times and each time I receive a voice recording directing me to leave a message. I have left messages and sent emails, I have yet to be contacted to discuss my issues. I was able to return the smaller suitcase because I had not used it, but was told that i would have to contact the company directly in order to have the other pieces repaired or replaced. I have done my part by sending them a copy of my receipt, pictures and a video of the issues I have with the luggage. To date, no one has contacted me about the issues. After having this set for less than a week and all of this happening with it, is totally unacceptable. I have a set that I am unable to use and money has been wasted. All I want is for them to honor their warranty and fix/repair my luggage, replace it, or refund my money. I have sent emails to ********************************** , and I have called ************. I also sent an email to ********************************* and someone answered that email directing me to contact the previous email and the number to call. I am just wanting someone to contact me to resolve my issues and to make good on the warranty that the company offers.

      Upon second time of using their luggage the handle detached and the leather bumpers started unraveling. Contacted them to utilize the 10 yr warranty. They referred me to luxury luggage. No body answers the phone. Left a massage with no call back. Sent an email and received a response days later with instructions. Responded back with every required documents. Its been several weeks with no response back. Re-sent the same email with all the info they needed several times with no response. This all began 9/2/23. And still waiting for some kind of response back.

      I recently purchased a Luggage Set from London Fog (Queensbury Navy Blue). On my FIRST travel trip, my 28 inch piece of luggage suffered a severe tear. I understand that my luggage set is under warranty for 10 years. I have been trying to contact someone for several weeks now from **************** to file a claim, however the call never goes through..!

      I purchased 3 pieces of Luggage, unfortunately one is defective, the zipper has opened up and all my belongings came out on the cconveyor belt at the airport, I have called 6 different numbers, some disconnected others customer service does not pick up, I sent email to ****************************** with no response. I went to ****** with proof of purchase they stated I needed to deal directly deal with London Fog, They are a company that I will NEVER purchase any more luggage products from again. I have contacted the Attorney General in **********. Product was 24" Expendable Hardside Spinner style **** *********.

      On my second trip using your luggage the handle was broken Delta took no responsibility and I was told to contact you.
