      DONT EVER buy from them online! paid for 7 pieces, they only sent out 3 pieces. and they said they are not responsible for the rest of 4 pieces that they do not send out. this really freak me out! customer service is terrible! what a ********************** is that! *****

      Wow! I didn't think these reviews would be true, but completely accurate on the horrible customer service. The item was a FIRST EVER **** Spade purchase for a Xmas present. Unfortunately, it wasn't to the liking and had to return. Was able to return with 3 phone calls to convince them it was a gift and that was the soonest it could have been returned. They should have a holiday policy for returns. Then when the money was finally refunded 8 business days later than promised, it was an e-gift card to **** Spade and not to the original payment like stated in the email. Had to make multiple calls AGAIN and wait more business days for the mistake to finally be corrected. I WILL NEVER BUY & WILL STRONGLY SUGGEST TO A LOVED ONE TO NEVER BUY **** SPADE because their customer service is awful and apparently from other reviews, cheap material.

      **************** is abysmal. As an apology for a bag that is falling apart only 3 months after purchase, all they could offer was a 15% off discount for a future purchase. Fine. However, they couldnt provide a discount code. In order to redeem the offer, Id have to place the order at full price, email customer service with screenshots of our conversation (as the record wont save in their system), and then be reimbursed for the 15%. What?! You cant make this nonsense up. I will think twice before purchasing from **** Spade again.

      I used an $85 e-gift card on Cyber-Monday (11/28/22) to order my daughter a **** Spade tote bag for Christmas. I was so excited about the gift. I received no confirmation and **** Spade had no record of the order. The e-gift card balance is zero however. I have spoken to a dozen customer service reps including 3 supervisors and although several promises were given, now it is the day after Christmas, my e-gift card balance is still zero and no tote for my daughter. Many promises include: it takes 1-5 business days, youll get an email in 30 minutes, youll get your e-gift card restored today and your order over- nighted in time for Christmas.what a ridiculous way to run a business.

      Ordered black gloves as a sentimental wedding gift. KS shipped but they never arrived due to negligence and errors on their part. They blamed the post office even though it was their choice to mail it that way (the agent also told me this frequently happens with their orders so i know its not just me, do not expect to get your order). **** Spade was extremely cruel and unprofessional. They lied to me multiple times to try and amend their error with each agent making fake unfulfilled promises. Never order online from them, customer service actively admitted they frequently lose orders.

      I dont know what to think, I ordered a really nice purse for my daughters Christmas present, its been over a week and I havent heard anything about my order except that they took the payment. So I guess Ill have to find something else for her Christmas present. My son in law gave me the company name when I asked what she would want for ****.

      It would be awesome if people did everything they could to research a company before putting out money. They need to stop selling products they truly don't put themselves behind! I ordered an AirPods case. Cute as the *******. Two months later I went to take the case off to loan them to my husband and the AirPods case is stuck tight as glue to the bottom of the case. The top comes off, but the bottom of ************ Spade case will NEVER come off. My husband is going to have to use a dremel tool to get it off! And I can't leave them in there because the pair button is on the bottom of the case! So the fact the case has a charger port is not enough. I contacted **** Spade and not only did the guy hang up on me on the phone, but I waited forever. He told me to take the case to a 'tech store' for them to deal with it and told me they would not reimburse me for it. I tried to email **** Spade and I just kept getting a note telling me to ship it back to them!! Seriously? I will do what the other people here say... post this everywhere I can so people understand. Buy a purse from KS if you want, but skip products they know nothing about and don't stand behind.

      I ordered a ************* along with a ******************** and they sent me wrong items. I called in and they were going to express ship items and email me a shipping tag to send back wrong items they shipped. They ended up charging me $30.00 for the express shipping when they clearly said they wouldn't. 2 days later received the ************* without the Wallet. Stated due to their policy they would not be able to send out another shipment because i have researched my limit of returns even though it was their error. I asked for a refund and they will refund me the Wallet but we shall see and said they didn't charge me the $30.00 shipping therefore I am calling my bank to stop payment. Never bought anything from this company before and never will again.

      Do not by a Spade smart watch.There is no customer service. I have learned my ******* Only buy from a reliable company this one *****. I will no longer buy, anything from **** Spade
