    I was charged an additional $400 since the dumpster was temporally blocked for ************************************************************************************************************** route. We had asked that they do this to avoid preventing access to the dumpster. We rent out several parking spaces in the area around where the dumpster was placed, and we needed to coordinate with the renter to make sure the front of the dumpster was clear so it could be removed. I was later told, after the payment that this is not their policy, they only call for removal. I can see the financial advantage of only providing an accurate arrival time for the driver for drop off and not for pick up, since it is to their advantage to have the dumpster blocked and results in additional charges. They billed the credit card on file without our authorization. I tried to work this out over the phone but to no avail. I spoke to a person named *** at their number ************ - operator.

    We are writing about an incident with Ultimate Dumpsters. We ordered a dumpster for our property at 44 and **************************************** on 3 May 2022.and agreed to pay the total quoted price of $593.25. An email bill was sent out. We signed, returned, and then received final invoice with the agreed upon and accepted by both parties, the $593.25 (Order Number ******) contract. A day later a woman called adding a $120 charge because of gas prices. We had a signed and agreed upon contract so we asked her for a supervisor and told her that her 'contract' idea and that of BBB may be different. Later in day, she said ok but we charge an extra $125 for anything over the ton limit. At that point my sister turned to me and said As we already knew and had agreed to that price, she is going to find a way to add some of that $120 gas fee. Before hanging up the woman requested an automatic ten-day pickup and we agreed to that. We requested the dumpster be placed directly in front of the house at ********* off the driveway. They placed on driveway in the way.Despite repeated contacts, they never did move it and we had to arrange cutting through **** to get the junk to the dumpster. After no automatic pickup on Day 10, I called to have them remove it. On 16 May, we received a charge for over-days usage. While we did eventually rectify that when the woman in the office remembered our conversation, they then proceeded to send an additional bill for $200.97, claiming over tonnage. As most of what was thrown in the dumpster was insulation and styrofoam (pizza boxes that were in it upon delivery) we believe this was a manufactured charge so that they could get paid the extra $120 without having to negate the original contract.We are requesting that you might look into this for us.     As per the invoce and terms and conditions that was signed by the customer, she was aware that we do not automatically remove the container when the rental period is up you must call in for any activity. I also see here that we did not charge any of the rental days over. And as for the weight being over I will be attaching the weight ticket that was sent over to the customer when requested to the following email  *********************
