    August 2023 I called Ultimate ******** Services and ordered a 10 yard dumpster to my familys home at ***************************************************************. I was told the dumpster would be delivered that day or the following day. I gave them a credit card over the phone for ****** dollars thinking I was all set. Three weeks later still no dumpster was time to go home. In the meantime we hauled our things to be disposed of to three different sites to get rid of unwanted items. I filed a dispute with my credit card and was told after they investigated my situation they were unable to help me because it was not in a timely way. They are condoning this horrible business practice of highway robbery. I have been a credit card merchant in the past. I would never consider this practice. The unfortunate thing is court is not a real option seeing that Ultimate ******** is located in ******** and the complaint happened in ***** and I live in *********** *************. How would I make a court case work, to many variables and all over ****** dollars. I would like who it may concerns to take the time to read the complaints and reviews on their website when ****** d. Im not alone there are many people in the same situation. This company should not be allowed to have credit card merchant accounts nor should they be allowed to do business online or anywhere else. Please stop this horrible business practice. They are getting away with highway robbery with a lot of people. Thank you for your service and concern.

    On Ultimate Dumpsters end this was delivered on 8/1/2023 and then ***** disputed the charge. If this was in-fact not delivered ***** has not called Ultimate Dumpsters once to state otherwise she just disputed. After the fact of the dispute she did call in saying that it was never delivered but by that time there was nothing that Ultimate Dumpsters could have done and it was up to the banks to see who won the dispute. It does show on my end that the dispute is still in process.

    Company was late picking up equipment by 15 days and charge me 1.9 tons overage..I think other items added or water logged or someone else added to it without my knowledge.

    Unfortunately as soon as we get the request for the removal is not always the date that we can retrieve our containers. We were able to remove when we had the soonest availability on our schedule. 

    As for the over weight if they were in an area that they suspected other civilians could throw away trash the customer could have placed a tarp over the dumpster.

    So the problem is I paid for trash removal the driver showed up took 4 pictures and left without doing any work I paid for then ultimate dumpster tried running my card for 750$ 3 days in a row even though I didn't authorize it and when I requested a refund they told me the driver did the job which wasn't done by his company at all so now it's fraud and I still haven't gotten a refund and it's been 22 days

    What happened with ******** order was that the debris that ******* had at his site are prohibited and were in excess. We could not delivery the dumpster. There was a deposit that Ultimate Dumpsters tried to charge due to the fact there was an excess amount of debris onsite that we would result in a very heavy landfill ticket if we went to redeliver the container. None of which went through and our driver went to redeliver this container again, as per our contract a same day cancel you do not get a refund. I have attached it below for reference. ******* also disputed so it is up to the banks as of now.

    I ordered a dumpster and signed a contract authorizing the purchase for the next day. The dumpster never showed up. I called multiple times and spoke with ****. He told me his truck was delayed at the dump and would get to the location as soon as possible. As the day progressed, I called to cancel, as my workers were leaving the site and the dumpster was no longer needed. I received a call back from I believe *** who said he didn't know why **** said the truck was at the dump. They actually didn't have the size dumpster I needed and that he would refund my money. They didn't refund my money, so I disputed the charge with my bank. I sent multiple emails requesting confirmation of my cancellation and refund and now 6 days later received an email saying the dumpster was delivered last week and is on site. We didn't receive the dumpster or sign for the dumpster. I cannot get phone assistance. I keep getting put on hold and transferred. The last conversation I was told that my request for a resolution was being escalated.

    I booked with this company 2 weeks ago and paid in full for the rental of a porta potty, i confirmed my order on 08/01/2023 and recieved a confirmation text in return confirmining date and time of drop off of rental. At 1:30 on 08/02/2023 I recieved a text message stating that my order was canceled to receiving the signed *************** too late and THEY the company overbooked ! I have I have all text and emails that stated I was locked for the date of 08/05/23. I was transferred back and forth between customer support as they acted like they could not hear me on the phone, then when I asked for a manager or a owner I was told there was no one to help me ! Was also told no phone # for owner or manager . I will wait until the end of the wrk week for my refund , if I do not recieve I will be filling a police report. This business is a Scam ,

    On May 18, 2023 i requested their dumpster service and a dumpster was delivered as agreed on 5/18, and then requested to be picked up on the same day, which was then picked up the day after (5/19). This was all done for $561.75.More than a month later this was all completed, i start getting text messages from Ultimate Dumpsters asking me for a gate code to do a dumpster swap and then a pick up. I call them back telling them that my container had already been picked up about a month ago, and also my garage does not have a GATE CODE and told them that they are confussing my order with somebody else's. They apologized and ended the call. Next thing i know, a month later I am being charged $611.10 for another dumpster that is not even mine. Their customer service are very rude and will hang up my call multiple times.

    Ultimate Dumpsters has spoke to this client multiple times in regards to this bill, which was for the weight of his container not another dumpster. He was sent the weight ticket which will be attached below for reference. It can take anywhere from 7 days to 45 days to get a weight slip back from the landfill. 

    When the customer called in multiple times to get a refund we informed him that there is nothing we can do in regards to the weight he put into his container, he was never hung up on.

    6/20/23 I called Ultimate Dumpsters for dumpster. I was charged $609 on 6/20 and received the dumpster as planned. Order #******. I was told to call back the day before I needed pick up. I was still filling the dumpster on 7/3 but because the next day was a holiday, I called and stated that I would be finished with the dumpster after that day, (7/3), and it could be picked up anytime after. I told her I understood the next day was a holiday so any date after the 3rd would work. Ten minutes later, a man showed up wanting to take the dumpster. I explained he wasn't supposed to be there until after today (7/3). He left and 15 minutes later I received a $262.50 charge to my bank account. I immediately contacted Ultimate Dumpsters and asked why I was charged and was told it was a service fee for not allowing the man to take the dumpster. I explained to her what had happened and she said I should not have been charged and would send my information to accounting to have the charge reversed. She said it could take 7 days. With the holiday and weekend, I waited until 7/17 and no money was put into my account. I called on 7/17 and a man, no name, told me there was a note on my account that they would reimburse me $50. I said no, I am entitled to a full refund of $262.50. He put me on hold to speak to his supervisor and then came back on the line to say he would send me back $100. I asked to speak to his supervisor to which I was told she was unavailable. I then sent an email to customer service on 7/17 and still have yet to hear back from anyone. 7/24, I received another charge for $91.35. This was a weight overage and I do not dispute that. I called again this morning and they hung up on me. They owe me $262.50 and show no intention of sending this back to me. My account went negative with the wrongful charge, I'm not seeking reimbursement for that because I have overdraft protection. I just want the money back that is owed to me from their mistake.

    The customer called in asking for the removal, we went out there thinking they wanted it removed before the holiday on the 4th. Since we were closed on the 4th we tried to remove it so it wasn't sitting there until the 5th to avoid additional rental fees.

    when I called 6/20 i was told to call 24 hours in advance of pick up.  When I called 7/3 it was stated clearly I was told to call 24 hours in advance which I did.  When I spoke to the person, they stated back that any time from the 4th was good for pick up.  I agreed.  Even after I called inquiring of the charge, the woman told me I should not have been charged and she would send to accounting for reversal.

    Was given a pick confirmation. Dumpster not picked up. Business charged an additional $315 that was not authorized on my credit card. ******** still sitting there and not picked up. Monies charged on my credit card were not authorized by our company and considered fraud.

    I contacted Ultimate dumpsters on 2/22/2023 for a rental . Signed the contract, was charged ******. Arranged to have delivered on 2/24/2023. Was told would be at my home first thing am. Did not arrive by noon, called company and was told it had been delivered. Was not here, was told it was delivered to wrong address. Made several calls to the company was told it was on its way. Finally was delivered in mid afternoon. I left house, came back approximately 45 minutes later and the dumpster was gone. I called company, girl said she would call dispatch and call me back. Never heard anything. Order #******. I want my money refunded.

    1st. The company charged $1,100 for a 145 day rental with a $4 dump charge fee for tons over a certain amount. The invoice/order was changed to a 25 day rental with a $65 dump charge fee for tons over a certain amount. They claim to have a signed copy of the changed invoice/order but will not provide the proof.2nd We called in and scheduled a pick up for a certain day. We requested a call from the driver ahead of time so we could make sure the we were finished filling it before he took it. The morning of the scheduled pick up, we were not completely finished filling it up, but since we were expecting a call 1st we felt we had enough time to finish before it was taken. The driver showed up early, no call and REMOVED what bulk trash that was in there and took the dumpster from the site..EMPTY! 3RD Calls made to get a correction made. -1st call, put us on hold for 30 min until we hung up with no solution what so ever. -2nd call, admitted that the driver noted he picked up an empty dumpster but said she did not know what she could do about it. Put us on hold for 19 min until we hung up -3rd call, agreed the driver picked up an empty dumpster, admitted that they changed the invoice from 145 days to 25 days but claimed they had a signature. Then said we would have to pay for another dumpster because our 25 day rental is up. When asked to speak to a supervisor we were put on hold for 30 minutes until we hung up -4th call, admitted to all of the above being true. Said no refund was in order and that we would have to pay for another dumpster. When asked again to speak with a supervisor she said "my supervisor said I need to handle it". This company, to this point, has shown zero regard to customer service and has flat out lied and taken money for a product that was not used. The fact that they demand payment up front, they know they can this and the customer has no way of recovering. I wished we did our research on them before we used them.
