    Ultimate Dumpsters charged my card even after I cancelled the service due to them changing the delivery date. I also never signed the agreement as I called to cancel the very next day because we could not wait.3 weeks for a dumpster. The ** rep who answered the phone told me "too bad, I'm not cancelling it" then when I questioned WHY he refused to cancel it and pointed out that I had not signed a contract and nothing had been delivered nor was it on the way to be delivered, he asked me if I was "one of those meth heads"! After hanging up and trying a second time to get the service cancelled, I filed a dispute with my cc company who found in my favor.

    Love to give them a zero review but not an option. BUYER BEWARE! They are not a good company. I called to rent a dumpster for three days. They never picked it up! I found out 3 months later when I noticed they'd been charging my credit card every month. We used the dumpster one day and filled it up so they could pick it up on the third day. They never showed up.I called and they wouldn't not credit me back or pick up the dumpster. When I was on hold with their customer service person they put me on hold and finally hung up on me. When I called back they wouldn't take my call. I've left several messages. Please avoid them. Their customer service is not good. There is not wonder they have such a low ****** review score too.
