This complaint is addressed to ultimate Transport 123 company, It's concerning the contract I signed with you for the delivery of Truck Freightliner 2013 order number: *********** From ****** to *****, you send an email and say that the truck was delivered on August 26 as planned and yet the delivery was not made, that is to say I did not receive the truck, or any call from the driver ************************* and that *************** sent me these numbers and it goes directly in the voice mail. As information Ultimate Transport 123 has already charged ********************* $14073 which was not even mentioned in the contract with a charge of 2 batteries which were necessary and $1000 for the driver. so before moving on to legal procedures. I inform you of the situation as now after so many calls and you are not available to talk to us and exchange by email with you more precisely ***************, So I give you until September 1, to receive the truck if not my lawyer will contact you.***************************!Business Response

7/7/2022- Customer placed an order in our office for a 2013 /Freightliner M2106 with the First Available Pick Up Date scheduled as 7/11/2022.
7/13/2022 - spoke to the customer and explained that we sent the documents needed for picking up from Iron Planet and the shipping line was still checking when they were going to pick up the vehicle from the Auction.
7/14/2022- We received an email from the shipping line that the battery is dead. They needed a new battery in order to put the vehicle in and they sent us a new rate for this shipment including the battery rate. We spoke to the customer and he said he can pay for the battery. We sent an email to the shipping line to look for a replacement battery and send the calculation including the calculation. The customer is willing to pay just to pick up the vehicle. We also informed the customer that they need to pay the shipping line directly using wire transfer since they wont accept cc or e-check.
8/02/2022 - The order has been dispatched.
8/15/2022 -The transport was canceled. Trailer has issues with the welds. Trailer will be out of service and need repair.
8/16/2022 - The order has been dispatched.
08/19/2022 - The transport was canceled. It was listed as empty and only **** pounds. And actually weighing between *****k due to machinery and fully loaded with paper in the box truck.
8/29/2022- The order has been dispatched.

Dear Sir or Ma'am,I contracted with Ultimate 123 Transport Services to transport a **** Ranger Pickup Truck from ****************, ******* to ********, ******* for $1600.00. I completed a contract that said the vehicle would be picked up approximately August 6th, 2022 and delivered NO SOONER THAN August 15th, 2022 as no one would be available in ******* to receive the vehicle until after August 15th. The vehicle was picked up on August 6th, 2022 and transported to *******. On or about August 10th, I was contacted by a driver for Ultimate 123 who said the vehicle would arrive within a day or two. The driver was reminded that no one was available and the contract explicitly stated the vehicle should not be delivered before August 15th, 2022. On or about August 16th, 2022 I began calling Ultimate 123 for information about the vehicle arrival. I was informed by the driver for Ultimate 123 that he abandoned the vehicle at *************, ****************************************** and departed. I was provided a phone number for a contact at *************. I made arrangements to pick up the vehicle and when arriving at *************, it was revealed to be a junk yard. After some difficulty, I was able to find someone to help me and was directed one half mile away where the vehicle was parked in an unsecured yard. I never gave permission for Ultimate 123 to leave my vehicle unattended or with any person except those who were transporting the vehicle. This is an egregious act on the part of Ultimate 123 and I required to pay a $100 deposit and $1,500 cash to an unknown person at ************* who provided no receipt or name but demanded the money to give me the vehicle. The vehicle keys could not be located without a few phone calls to who knows whom and I was finally able to recover my vehicle. I feel a complete refund is in order. To Whom it May ********************** spoke with the carrier, he said that it's not a junkyard and they were only passing through that area. He was told that they could drop it off because they will be there earlier and it's not a junkyard but a surplus for auto parts. He also said if there was damage to the vehicle he would pay for that if there's none, the customer doesn't need any compensation.

I placed a order for my car to be transported from my home address here in California to ****** ******* . I was informed they would pick my car on July 19 2022, they never showed up to pick my car up. I call them several times to find out what was going on, no one call me back. I made arrangements for another company to transport my car. My car was picked ** in a very timely manner from Sonic and delivered as promised. Ultimate is a crooked thieving company that uses your credit card to make fraudulent charges throughout *******, My credit card has fraudulent charges over fifteen hundred dollars, I know for a fact Ultimate 123 used my card to make these fraudulent charges. This company needs to be shut down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ultimate should not be Licensed to defraud innocent hard working people, its enough Stress in the World, Ultimate 123 is a ***************** that needs top be shut down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Business Response

To Whom it May ********************* we regret that the Customer is unhappy with the service. Upon checking, we have the First Available Pick Up Date scheduled as 07/20/2022. Please be advised that when a customer provides a first available pick up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s. We fulfilled our agreement by dispatching a driver07/29/2022 11:06:06 AM: Dispatched - Customer was assessed required reservation on 07/30/2022. While we try our very best to have the order picked up as soon as possible, the customer cancelled the transport 07/30/2022. At the time they were listed with another Company - which is completely out of original contract agreement - Customers are advised not to place orders with multiple companies when transporting a Vehicle, as stipulated in the Contract Agreement. We strive to provide the best service possible, and we are sorry the transport did not work out.

I recently moved from ***** to Kauai, ******. I wanted to ship my motorcycle from ***** to ******, so I did research and found the cheapest and allegedly quickest company. Contractually they gave a guaranteed one time payment and a specific delivery date. These were both lied about. My first problem was that the company never made any effort to contact me. I always had to call them to get any amount of information. Throughout this entire nightmare I must have called them hundreds of times with complaints. Every single time I called I was guaranteed they'd call me back with solutions to my problems. Not a single time was I ever called back, except for the one time I was contacted to be informed they were charging me an extra $700 on top of the $2800 I had already paid. They attempted to charge me for a motorcycle pallet which they were supposed to provide. I was called one other time by the company and asked where my motorcycle was at because it was never delivered to the port. Yes, the shipping company that picked up my motorcycle a month prior called and asked where my motorcycle was. They had lost it. At this point I was prepared to call the police on this company for stealing my property. I called once again to inform them that this was the directions was heading in hopes of resolution. At last I was transferred to a head of the company who promised me they'd fix the problems they'd caused and get me my motorcycle. 4 months late and after countless problems and deceit I finally received my vehicle. This company was extremely unhelpful and entirely dishonest. I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone wishing to ship anything. Absolutely ridiculous. I attempted getting a partial refund from the company as I had to buy a second vehicle in the meantime I was waiting for my bike, but never received calls back after countless attempts and eventually just gave up.Business Response

08/13/2021 - Customer placed an order in our office for a ****/ ***** Motorcycle with the First Available Pick Up Date scheduled as 08/16/2021.
08/20/2021- We fulfilled our agreement by dispatching a driver 08/20/2021 04:12:05 PM: Dispatched but it was canceled because we were instructed by the shipping line to get the **** of Sale notarized for customs clearance for shipment.
08/27/2021- We reassigned a new driver and assessed the required reservation fee.
08/30/2021 - The vehicle has been picked up per carrier.
09/02/21- The carrier advised that the pickup location won't accept the vehicle without palletizing. BUT it is not MENTIONED/STATED in the booking confirmation the shipping line sent. The carrier said he will store the bike in a friend's house and put it in a pallet.
While we always try to make sure your vehicle is delivered on the said date, we can't always make it happen due to circumstances that are beyond our control. Our main priority is the security of our client's vehicles. Also, we have processed a refund in the amount of $175.00 back to the customer's credit card on file.
This was an order from last year. The customer waited a year to complain. Therefore, wed like it processed as an invalid complaint and consider this complaint closed.

I emailed and spoke to ***** at Ultimate Transport 123 and explained that I had to fly in for the pickup, that I had to move cars to the pickup location and that it had to be on 7/29 Friday at noon or early afternoon. I signed the contract on the phone with ***** and confirmed again that it would happen at that day and time. I received no further communication after that conversation. I called Friday at 12:30 to get an update since I hadn't been contacted. They did not know the status. About 30min later at 1pm I got an email that showed a first pickup date of today and a load date of 8/3. I spoke to ***** and reiterated the previous conversation and emails. I was told that dispatch could not reach the driver and I was being prioritized. Later the update was that the driver might be on break but no one ever got back to me the rest of the day about the driver. I requested a conversation with a manager. I was told the managers were in a meeting for the next 2.5 hours. ***** promised to call me back with the manager but never did. I called back at 7pm, 30min after ***** said they would call. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Prior to this I had an exchange through email with Ultimate Transport. They made a claim that they offered to meet me halfway. They made no such offer. Attached is that email thread. This is also the last email with them. Please note that the last information was that the driver they selected called my house directly and got upset with my wife because Ultimate Transport did not notify them that I had canceled.
As for the response from the business in this post, Ultimate Transport did not leave any messages on my voicemail at the time they said. There was an older voicemail but all it said was to call them back. It did not include any information on what they wanted to talk about nor did it include any name or extension to reference (again this was prior to this post). I did however call back in response to this post and spoke with ********* I explained that I had already found another broker and driver and that my cars were already delivered before they could even pick them ** in the first place. He asked what I wanted to close the BBB complaint. I explained to him that I would be willing to do so if they refunded me in full and put in writing that they have spoken with the driver and that the driver would never contact my home again. He agreed and said he would write it up and send it to me to sign. I never received anything.
Ultimate Transport has failed to follow through on anything they've said over the phone or in writing. I did not have to travel or pay for storage because I was able to find a more dependable company to work with. However this did cost additional money and I had to arrange for people to move the cars. This includes fuel I had to pay for. So my expectation is $45 for 18mi round trip for two drivers and two trips to move the cars at the *** rate of $.625/mi plus the difference in cost to change to another company to avoid strorage fees, and temporary transportation fees which is $260, and of course my deposit to Ultimate Transport of $440. So I want Ultimate Transport to pay a total of $745.
