      I ordered a transporter on Thursday 4/20 and the sales agent told me that my car would be picked up on Saturday and delivered on Monday. I did not have anyone available to receive the car on Sunday, so I confirmed with the sales agent that it would be delivered on Monday, and she said yes. She said if I needed to make changes that I could, however the pickup and delivery was set up for Saturday pickup and Monday. Based on that, I made arrangements in both locations for people to be available to release and receive the car. On Saturday, nobody ever picked up the car, nor did they communicate that they wouldn't be able to. I called Ultimate Transport 123 and explained that I needed the car picked up on Sat and was told I would get a call back, and never did. They claim that dates are estimates, but that was never stated. This is a typical bait and switch and this company cannot be trusted.

      The General Manager contacted me and we discussed the situation.  He said he would be issuing me a credit as well as a voucher for future business.  He said that he would send me an email detailing what he would do.  As of today, he has NOT issued a credit, sent a voucher nor has he emailed me as stated.

      The business Manager is not being honest.  He stated verbally that he would issue the credit and in his email, stated that it had already been done.  He asked if I would mind updating my reviews online and the BBB complaint due to his offering a credit and voucher; which I would have done.  He never issued a credit or voucher, and I never agreed to the solution in exchange for anything; that amounts to the business trying to extort an updated review; which I am not willing to do.  Again, had the business simply followed through on issuing the credit, as promised, based upon their original mistake, I would have gladly updated my reviews, but because I wanted to give them credit for doing so, NOT in exchange for anything.  At this point, they can keep their credit and my reviews will remain as will my complaint with the BBB.  This business is unethical.

      We selected Unltimate Transport and was lied to from the start. We have two cars than needed to be transported by truck from **********, ** to ******, **. They quoted the job at $1800 but explained we needed to place our vehicles on top of the transport to protect them, so we committed to $2000. with an extra $200 for placement on top of "their" auto transport trailer.It was very important our cars arrive timely and we called repeatedly asking for a pickup date, aw we needed one day to prepare the cars for shipping. I spoke to ***** when we didn't have the pickup date, and he was bullying and refused to let me cancel without penalty, with less than a week out.We received notice that the cars would be picked up in less than 12 hours. We rushed and got them ready.Two men came to our door to pick up the cars but their truck was hidden a block away. They spoke very little english, hardly any and they took the cars and left.The cars were hauled on a flat be truck and were filthy beyond explanation when delivered. One car had oil or something all over the front. They had been hauled on a "flat bed truck"! Likely they had driven on a road that had fresh oil applied.I immediately called *****, texted and emailed to complain but they wouldn't respond.The cost for cleaning both cars was almost $400! The detailer said they took a lot of time to return the vehicles to a satisfactory condition.We would never allow our cars to be shipped on a flatbed and learned our ******* Check BBB before making a decision.

       This company takes sleeze to a new level!  The "owner" called ne two days ago and asked if I had picture's of the transport.  I replied that I did not as the driver walked to my home in ********** and we never saw the flatbed truck.  The delivery was made before we arrived as well.  Now, they say they will not settle as I don't have pictures!   They knew that and that is likely why they called to ensure I didn't take pictures.  They know what happened and refuse to take responsibility.

       This company is the worst I have ever dealt with.  They promised to credit my account and never did so.  They did call and wanted me to remove the BBB dispute before they would credit my credit card account.  I refused as they had promised the week before they would credit account and have no trust in them as they have never followed through on one single promise.  They have lied continously and refuse to admit my cars were on a flat bed and filthy with oil when they were delivered.  They DID acknowledge that was the case on the phone but too smart to put in writing.

      This business lied to me about having their own carriers, they stated they were not a broker whoch in fact they are. They refused to let me cancel the contract when I found this out and stayed they would charge me 400 to cancel it. The contract was for 750. They provided no carrier information until last minute after I had already shipped my truck with someone else. Their representatives are extremely unprofessional, the guy named ***** made a sexual remark even after I had stated I was married, started to insult me when I called him out n the company being a broker not a carrier. They are dishonest.

      I paid $2450 to have a vehicle loaded onto a flatbed trailer and delivered to me. After the driver had been assigned, dispatched, and had picked up the vehicle, I find out that it was never loaded onto a flatbed as we agreed. Instead it was towed. Thats not what we agreed to and thats not what I paid for. ***** was the person with whom I dealt and can no longer get in contact with. He avoids my calls and somehow seems to always be on another call. This was bait and switch and it was fraudulent. I had to pay the driver to release my vehicle, no problem there. But the $275 fee that Ultimatetransport123 charged was unearned and has been disputed with the bank. Buyer beware, this is a company that claims to be different, but they are shady and dishonest. Regular crooks.

Upon checking on 3/21/2023, the carrier had already spoken with the customer, they were fine with pulling the trailer, and the driver was already there to pick up the vehicle. Also, as per the contract that they have signed with us, there will be times when the reservation fee may vary, which will be dependent on the carrier we choose to dispatch. In the event this may happen, the total price quoted will never change. We were well within our contract guidelines, and the transport was executed as promised. For this case, we are unable to assist with any refund requests.

      On Oct 3,2022, I sent a ****** deposit to Ultimate Transport for transportin 2 cars to ******, ****** upon the sale of our home in ****, **. The house did not sell and I since sold the 2 cars. I had informed ******************* that this contract was contingent upon the sale of our home and we did due diligence in trying to sell it. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact *************** and have been promised numerous times that I would be receiving a call from accounting but ***** has indeed contacted me regarding a refund of my ******. *************** had stated that he would be my contact and that I should deal directly with him regarding the uniqueness of my contactual agreement in regards to the actual date of transport.       I did order a towing for my car i received the car with out catalytic converter. No one was responsible for it very bad experience

      order for transport was placed 9/15/2022 I was guaranteed my dates of transport by the representative and after paying for service I was informed that my dates were moved to an earlier day. I agreed without demanding a discount for my inconvenience. The new days did not work out so I called to cancel the order and was told I had to pay a cancellation fee. I asked for the fee to be waived for my inconvenience and was told no. I made my original request to cancel my order on 9/24/2022 and was given the run around nor was I able to speak to a manager until Monday afternoon. I was told that my contract was emailed to me but it was not I only received a form to fill out for my financial information. I have been held to the terms of a contract that I never received. The manager I spoke with was ************************* who was rude and asked me to provide a recorded conversation with the representative of my original conversation confirming the original travel dates.**************** sent an email to me stating that a full refund would be issued IF I did not file this complaint and /or post any disparaging information about the company. There was no confirming amount in the email so I called to confirm the amount to be refunded and was told that the cancellation fee would stand.I would like the $100.00 cancellation fee refunded along with the entire amount of service fees paid.This is a horrible way to do business.       To Whom it May ******************** reviewing the complaint, we have the First Available Pick Up Date scheduled as 09/25/2022. Please be advised that when a customer provides a first available pick up date, we have 10 business days from that date to dispatch a driver to pick up the assigned vehicle/s. We fulfilled our agreement. We have dispatched and scheduled their driver twice on different dates, and times to make the pick up process as simple as possible but the customer canceled the **********************. Those dates, and times are listed below for your reference.

      To Whom it May ********************* reviewing the order details as well as the customers complaint regarding the agreed contract that we did not follow, we dispatched and scheduled their driver three times on different dates and times to make the pick-up process as simple as possible. On 08/26/2022, we dispatched a driver but the customer canceled the ********************** because the vehicle was not ready and didn't want to be released. On 09/01/2022, we assigned the second driver and it was canceled because the vehicle was packed. There is even luggage and a driver's seat that the carrier has to move to be able to drive the vehicle to the trailer. Please be advised that we give them a maximum of 100 lbs of weight authorization for national transportation. If there is more than 100 lbs. in the vehicle, it is solely up to the discretion of the driver assigned, and there could potentially be an additional charge. On 09/06/2022, we assigned the third driver and were picked up on the same day. On 09/13/2022, the vehicle was delivered.


      Please see attached a copy of the contract as well as the terms and conditions you agreed to upon placing the order in our office.

      I signed a contract with an auto carrier service, UltimateTransport123, based on a friend's recommendation. They did not make any attempt to fulfill that contract on the date they promised, nor was I able to contact anyone. Their customer service line and the line of my so called "Personal Concierge" simply played music when I tired to call. I alerted them through live chat that I was cancelling and I arranged to have my car transported the next day by a reputable company. UltimateTransport123 has now, 4 days later, sent me an e-mail that they are charging me $100 cancellation fee. There was no attempt to fulfill the contract. That is fraud.
