    I think this is the same company as Oyrosy. Its a scam. I bought a dress and it never arrived. The charge showed up on my card as ************************** even though I had never visited that website.

    A fraudulent company doing business out of *********, Sent me the wrong item and blamed me. I provided them with proof that the fault was their own. They could not get the item to me in time to use it for the holidays so I requested a refund. They refused. After going back and forth for some time they said they would resend the item. I impressed upon them that the item was useless if not available by the holidays. They then told me I would get nothing. I'm still going back and forth with this company to get what I paid for. I have contacted ******** asking them to bar the company from doing business on their platform as they are swindlers. I received no response.

    Same like most comments here. I ordered my stamp in October 28th ********************************************************************************************* a label that was generated on Dec 2nd. I asked for a refund and they claim they would charge me 30% of my total. It is Dec 12 and after a week of checking the item was just shipped on Dec 11th. I do not recommend this company and grade them a F.

    I bought the mommy and me back to school bracelets for my kids at the end of the summer break. They were so excited to have them and the bracelets really helped to ease their anxiety. Unfortunately one of them broke less than a month after school started and the company refused to replace it. We knew they wouldnt last forever but we had at least hoped they would make it through the school year. Very disappointing that they cant stand behind their product.

    I have been in communication with them since October regarding my order I placed for 2 cookie stamps. I finally received the Christmas cookie stamp I ordered after Christmas (how convenient) but they duplicated the order. When I communicated that I had not received the 2nd stamp, I basically had to start the entire process over again, and then after 2 more months of not receiving the stamp, they said they had refunded the entire amount, however, after 10 days, my bank hasn't received anything from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

    Placed an order and never received it. Wrote to the company for a refund and never received it. Its been two weeks and no contact from the company. Dont trust them.
