    Site is a scam. Took my order and money 2 weeks ago. Tracking provided shows it is still in processing. Email address provided does not work. Phone number provided is also scam as it is a recording of someone speaking Chinese. Do NOT waste your money here. Response can made via ******** ********, but response are computer generated. I give them a grade of F.

    I ordered a personalized cookie stamp on Oct 28 and paid $29.99. It is December 2, and I still have not received the item. I sent multiple emails asking for a refund. They did refund *****, but still charged me $3 for the shipping label that was created. The tracking number was created on November 10, but **** has not received the item per the **** website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
