  The absolute worst on the face of the planet. annual visits take well in excess of 2 hours with "doctors" forgetting you are waiting all together. They do not advocate for their patients - multiple times I have had experiences where samples have been lost/failed to be sent out and I've had to return to re-do them. I've also had them tell me "oh you don't need to bother doing that this time". They completely missed a pregnancy because they told me I just "didn't need to bother giving a urine sample".On top of that, I continue to receive bills 8+ months after any appointment when all of my bills have actually been paid. They are INCOMPETENT AT BEST!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!They could not care any less about patients and if you ever actually manage to see or speak to a doctor it would be a miracle. IMPOSSIBLE Just hung up with billing again - a lovely woman decided just to scream at me. Add incredible customer service as well!Shame on this business.

  They will Harass you upwards of 15 calls in one day; they even have the audacity to leave multiple voicemails and text messages. Once you get there, you will wait for an appointment for over an hour and see a different provider on every visit. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!

  Terrible place! I was contacted via their portal prior to my appointment and asked to update my insurance information, which I did. I then received a call, in which I again updated the insurance info. The day of my appointment, I arrived and was informed that my insurance was invalid as they had neglected to update my information. I spent another 10+ minutes having to re-verify my info. I decided on birth control and was given a prescription to fill out. The form asked for insurance info, which I entered correctly. Two days later, the pharmacy called and advised that the doctor entered the wrong insurance and that they cannot fill the prescription without the correct information. I then called garden city OBGYN to correct this and have not been able to get anyone on the phone to address this issue. I sent an e-mail detailing what happened and asked that my records be sent to me as I not longer wish to proceed with them. A day or so later I receive a voicemail from a doctor who disclosed medical information (breach of HIPPA). I called back to discuss the results but I have never heard back from anyone. Weeks later I receive a bill from a lab but never received a call from a doctor to discuss any results. The lack of communication and their staffs inability to update their records correctly is concerning. I wouldnt recommend this facility to my worst enemy!

  The Garden OBGYN is a horrible business and it shouldn't be continued because it violates human and women rights to its core. This is not my first experience. For a long time, I have seen providers leave often, and I have had some terrible experiences that I am not sharing here, but I am soon filing a complaint with BBB to get back my rights and compensation. They are definitely a terrible business.

  This Garden OBGYN Office is a violation to HIPPA and is crimminal please dont go there if you have serious medical conditions and want to be treated with Dignity and respect. !!!!!!! There employees speak your results out loud. Share your information outside of the facility doors. They delete medical history. If you go there more then once a year the docotor and medical ************ you different then as tho your disgusting. You are better off figuring out what's wrong with you yourself and buying a 3 day store bought vaginal cream. Youve been Warned.!

  Nice facilities but thats about it. The place is a hot mess. Ive been to two locations. After two years I never did get the prescriptions that were allegedly called into my pharmacy. I made about four phone calls and never got them. But yet they are constantly calling me and telling me to come back from my Routine visits.
