    I purchased an outfit and a hat. The hat has lumps in it and I can not wear it like that. The return policy does not allow for returns even if the item is damaged. When I called the store to tell them, I was advised to "rub out the lumps". I also purchased an outfit which was a completely different color than advertised. The dress advertisement had beautiful pastel colors. The dress I received looks like I am going to a 70's disco with super dark colors. I had to wait almost a month to receive it and make multiple emails to get a follow up. The return policy charges a 20% restocking fee and only allows for a store credit. I have completely wasted $160 in this store. I do not want a store credit because I will not receive what is advertised. I would not advise shopping at this store. I feel like I have been completely scammed.
