    I have placed and paid for my order since August 4th. I had paid thru ***** and I filed a complaint, as soon as that they sent me partial merchandise, and I'm still waiting for the rest to come which they have e mailed me that they will contact me when the rest of the merchandise will be shipped. So far I have not hear from them. When I received the cloth it was a really bad quality for the price, therefore I returned them back!!! I have done my due diligence and I have find out that the address, phone number they advertise are not leggitttt. I have search them on INSTAGRAM and found out they are base from ****** and they have changed their profile name 4 times. People do your searched when you buy on these on line store, they are bunch of SCAMMERS. Thank you for taking your time to read this

    Their return policy is horrible. They will only provide an "exchange" token for your purchases. They use the same 2 models for most of their outfits. In addition, Cutely Covered does not offer a customer service contact number.Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    Ordered the **** Dress on July 19th. Website said it was back in stock. The emailed receipt said it would ship by the end of July. I still have not received the dress. And the event I need the dress for is this weekend. And it's out of town and I leave tomorrow. I have been trying to reach out to so I can request a FULL refund. There is no number or email on the website. I just want to cancel my order (that was ordered almost a month ago) and a refund.
