    I was at a complete and total loss today trying to renew my subscription. I contacted tech support and ***** was incredibly helpful. Not only was he able to help me renew, but he updated my browser, and sent me an email with a recommended SD card and instructions for clearing up my memory (on the Autel). He was super helpful, professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Great all around interaction!!

    I just bought an Autel AL619 Code Reader. It is defective and can not download the manual or even register the product. Technical Support did download the manual and register it for me, but I still could not use the device unless I buy an adopter ($30 plus wait time for shipping. Cost more than half the product which become not cost effective anymore) The least you can do is to replace the product right away and not having me and the Technical Support trying to solve the problem. What if I bought the adopter and SD card still won't work? What if they send the wrong adopter, continued delay and time frame run out for return policy? I'm sorry I have to return the product right away. This is a comment about your product not *****, he is a good guy.
