1 starI placed three orders from NCM, non which I have received.Order #: ***** for 2 Products $79.70 Order #; ***** for 2products $71.72 Order #: ***** for 2 products $31.58 I sent inquiries about the above without any response from NCM finally on the 3rd inquiry the responded with the tracking numbers and a statement "YOU HAVE RECEIVED ALL ORDERS"After receiving the tracking numbers i called the Postmaster and the information I received from him is order#***** was shipped showing delivered, I informed him that I DID NOT RECEIVE that order. on Orders # ***** and ***** post office shows label created but not shipped also the order shows the same thing not shipped as of 19 May 2023 this leads me to believe that this company is deliberately cheating other coin dealers as. Reference all the negative reviews on Yelp, BBB and Google.I will continue to pursue this matter even if I have to go to court. This company needs to operate in a good manner.Review fromKaren K

5 starsI have placed numerous orders through NCM over the past couple of years. So far, I have had no problems in ordering, credit card payment of, or receiving my products. Unless I find out otherwise in the future that the coins aren't what they say they are, from what I can tell the coins are authentic. Most of the time they come in the clear plastic protector cases and are beautiful. There are some coins though that are very tiny, (we're talking 10 mm or so) and they could very easily get lost while unpacking the order. I do advise people to be aware of that. I prefer to do most of my shopping online whenever possible. In the case of this company, that is all I've done. About the only complaint I have is that I do receive an unbelievable amount of **** mail from the company. Many times it has offers for a limited time, such as a week. Since paper mail is a never ending source of clutter in our home, I often don't even open the mail for weeks unless I know it's something important. I also don't like that in order to use the offer in the mailings we must call and use a specific code. I'd much rather be able to receive the same offer online and not have to call anyone about anything I order unless I do have a problem. With that said, I've found that often there is a similar price for the same item online as what is in the mailing. There only difference may be shipping offers or multiple purchase discounts.Review fromNorman L

1 starThis company is a scam, they ripped me off for hundreds of dollars. I bought supposed gold coins that they claim are minted with new ultra thin technology. When I tried to take one of them out of the plastic casing it can't be done. They come in a hard plastic case and when I broke one open the supposed "coin" inside was encased in plastic. This inner plastic is very thin and can't be separated from the "coin" inside. If they are really gold it can't be accessed. I took a pair of scissors and tried cut it open and to get at the gold and it can't be done, I actually cut the edges of the "coin" off trying to remove the supposed gold. Please don't let them rip you off the way they did me. I paid 266 dollars for 5 of them and they are worthless. NormReview fromBrian L

This company preys on elderly and incompetent people to take their money in exchange for worthless "coins " and other valueless garbage. Their disclaimers are worthless given their incessant marketing efforts. Nothing short of elder abuse.National Collector's Mint, Inc.

Dear ***** ********
We are sorry to hear this. National Collector’s Mint has been in business for over 25 years providing many different US and International coins, collectables and reproductions from around the world. We take great care in explain the item in detail in their description so there is no confusion.
Our customers often collect Tribute Proofs because they are a fantastic way to appreciate the beauty of extremely rare, expensive, or hard-to-find coins. Because many of America’s most famous and valuable coins are very rare and/or extremely expensive – some exist only in museums – most collectors never have a chance to see these numismatic masterpieces.
That’s why National Collector’s Mint has created an extraordinary array of Tribute Proofs that recreate the beauty and detail of those original coins. While these privately minted proofs have no monetary value, they do have tremendous collectible appeal. Most are struck in bronze, then clad in 24 KT gold or .999 Pure Silver and are faithful in every detail to the original treasures they salute. What better way to experience the glory of America’s most celebrated coins?
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact me directly in our Customer Service department, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm eastern at **************. Please ask for me directly, I’ll be happy to assist you in anyway that I can.
Best regards, **** **********

This company should not be trusted. They pulled money from my account in March 2022, it is now January 2023. I have gone through over a dozen phone calls and requests first for the coins that I bought that again they took money out of my account for and then for the last five months Ive been trying to get a refund because Im not willing to wait for their excuses of why they have taken the money out of my account and not ship the coins. The Better Business Bureau should look into this and many other transactions from this company. I only wish I wouldve. Read all the reviews before doing business with them. They are not a trustworthy company and I would not recommend them to friends or family. And for that matter, not even my enemies. Lol have a great day.National Collector's Mint, Inc.

I cannot for the life of me understand how anyone could be led to believe that any of these gold plated slugs are legal tender. The commercials are very explicit concerning the garbage they are peddling. I suspect that certain folks want so bad to believe that this c*** is a real legal tender coin. Then, again, maybe we have a lot of folks suffering from undiagnosed senility. I cannot tell you how many times elderly folk tell me about the great deal they have gotten on gold coins. Somewhere in the conversation they will mention they had to act fast because they were only available on TV for a limited time and are in short supply.I really feel badly for folks that get sucked in to what is mostly wishful thinking and Self deception.National Collector's Mint, Inc.

We are sorry to hear this. Our advertisements do explain that these are privately minted reproductions – in Tribute to the original.

I received a product catalog. I was interested in getting a product I saw. It mentioned free shipping when you spend $50 with a code. The item I was looking at was $79. I went to checkout and it said to enter code on the catalog mailed. Entered letters and numbers about 6 times and kept saying invalid code. I wrote an email with no answer. Of course if you want to call there open 24 hrs. They wont provide you help but are open to take your money. I got screenshots of codes that do not work.National Collector's Mint, Inc.

I have been a customer for years, but that is over. They have a rewards program known as "dividend dollars" but after saving them up over the last couple years I tried to redeem them and got no credit for them. The reason? They had given me a new customer number with each order I placed! Not my fault at all. So I placed the latest order, and was assured I would receive credit for the dividend dollars, but did not. Their customer service representative was a rude woman with a ********** accent who acted like it was my fault for disputing the charges with my credit card company (I was supposed to be charged $120, like the sales rep told me, and they billed my card $157). So I am through with them. They lost a customer for life over $37.National Collector's Mint, Inc.

Dear Mr. *********,
We are sorry that you experienced this issue. In reviewing your accounts, it seems that because of the way the name and / or address was entered on some of your online orders our computers didn’t match up to already existing accounts making our computers create new accounts.
We are sorry for the confusion – and the agent should have been able to see this – as a onetime courtesy we will be refunding the dividend dollars back to your account. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.
And as always, if you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to contact me directly in our Customer Service department, Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm eastern at *************** Please ask for me directly.
