    I haven't received my order yet. They keep telling me that my order was shipped and I received it and I didn't.

    This order was received with meeting my expectations. I just received another order today, and unfortunately on of the coins is in pretty bad condition, so I am planning on returning them. Ive bought several coins now, just sent one back recently but was refunded the cost for it quickly!Overall, I am satisfied with their offers, and plan to continue shopping with them!

    This company has the rudest staff I have ever encountered. First off they want your credit card to take your order, without even giving you an amount that will be charged. I simply wanted to make a call and order a coin. The representative wouldn't shut up about other offers when I told her I was not interested. No. She continued where she left off I again said I only want the coin I called for. She then continued on and on until I finally hung up. Called the main office talked to the rudest person ever. Jumping right in laughing saying that's their job. Not even an attempt to resolve the issue. Complete trash of a company. Don't buy anything from them, be safe!

    Cancelled order when I got an email stating that coins will ship in 30 days after order date. They also charged me a shipping cost even though they state free shipping over $250.00. Guess once a politician always a politician, right **********************.

    I purchased several things from them. Yes, I get real coins. But are they what I expected? No, they are uncirculated, circulated, tribute, proof etc. I didn't see that they put me on a payment plan. If I were you, I would stay clear of them. Communications with this company is very poor.

    You receive EXACTLY what you order. There's no misleading fine print. You just need to understand the difference between, circulated, tribute, proof etc... It's no different than any company. I've been happy with all my purchases. They're legit, they don't try to trick you into thinking something is different than it is. Just read the full description and don't get greedy thinking you get something for little to nothing. It's a legit business back by the former US Treasurer, and others.These negative reviews seems ignorant.

    Bought the 2 dollar 999.silver but the were invaded in plastic so I can't even take them to verify if the are as advertised. Am going to return.

    I was made to believe I was buying the real coin ****** dollars for $39 each not a replica so these werent uncirculated coins you got from a bank whos been holding on to them until now? Please tell me they are real and these coins were made in the year thats on each coin ckgoold01@ Gmail.com

    Ripped off! So called Gold or even Bronze Proof is now turning black... I want my money back. I have had this coin for several years and was surprised to find the edges turning black now. I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau.
