    Courteous, efficient, thorough. Emily and Gianna kept in contact with me as far as setting up an appointment, confirming it, and reaching out the day before to give me a window that they would be out. Smooth.
    Adam was my tech, and he checked all my basement pumps and made sure everything was taken care of to both mine and his satisfactions. He explained his process to me.
    Very happy to be a continued customer of Everydry.

    Always quick respond & help fix any issues that may arise. We have a lot of water that fills our basement crock and need to monitor & maintain the pumps. EVERYDRY never fails to help us quickly. We have about a 3 hour window before we flood. Used to be 3 minutes before the first service from EVERYDRY. Replacing a burned out pump is an emergency in our case and they always make sure we’re covered. In these times, with employee shortages and new standards since 2020, they still managed to get to us before we got in too deep. “Pun intended “. Yes, I do believe there is a spring under our house though I’ve been told that’s impossible. They’re work and services are top notch. Recommended!

    I have had Everdry since 2016. Whenever I have subsequent problems, they are here to rectify
    them in a timely manner. I have had new cracks and they have responded to seal them. I had a bearing problem in the sump pump and they responded quickly with a repair.

    The leak in the sump pump connection was repaired within 24 hours. However, I had reported two other issues when I requested service and I feel that these other issues could have been addressed more effectively.

    Battery back up alarm went off on a Saturday. Office was closed but was able to do online chat to report problem and ask questions. Was reassured that back up pump was functioning as it should. Repair was completed the following Tuesday. Technician arrived in time frame specified, explained problem, replaced part and tested back up system. Two days later floater became stuck and pump was running constantly. Called office. Was advised to unplug main pump, test back up and technician would be out within 48 hours. Tech arrived on time, realigned discharge pipe and floater, explained issue, showed me how to test back up system. Everyone was very helpful especially the office rep who walked me through testing the system, etc. Both techs were knowledgeable, on time and patient in answering all my questions!!

    I get my system checked every year (installed in February of 2018). This year Adam came to do the inspection. He was on time, friendly and very patient in answering my questions. So far I have had nothing but good things to say about all the Everdry people that I have had contact with from the sales to installation to office staff. Very pleased all around.
