    My house came with an EverDry system. We recently (after 12 years!) had an issue and the two guys came, informed me every step of their work and were so friendly clean and professional! Kudos to them!

    Have had Everdry since 2007. They are very polite, and want to help in every way. The workers that have come into the house are very polite, get the job done, answers all questions and I learned a lot from them.     This was for maintenance of an existing waterproofing system I have had a installed in my home for many years, but have never needed a service call until this year. Everdry came a few months ago and installed a new sump pump. The technician was efficient and knowledgeable and completed the Job quickly. At that time, we discussed having the outside drain moved further into my yard. I received an appointment to do that in a couple of months. When the time came for the appointment everything went as planned. I was contacted before the appointment. The day of the appointment the technician called and said he was delayed on another job but that he would be out shortly. I told him it was OK because I was not at home and just to complete the job when he got there. And returning home I found everything to be done just said we had talked about. Also, the technician called before leaving to tell me what he had done. These guys are very professional and do a good job. They are respectful of your property and your time.

    I have been with Everdry many years. Initially they did a great job as our basement was very wet. They took their time evaluating then several days to do all that was necessary. Since then we had to call them few times for new sump pumps. Their response was quick and thorough. This time we started having water once again in the basement. Again customer service was quick and very thorough. They gave me ideas to prevent water entering which helped initially but with all the rain this year problem persisted. They sent 2 men out who fixed the issue which required a jack hammer. They sealed the corner and the floor. They also fully cleaned up the mess even sweepng the floor!!
    I really appreciated the professionalism by all your staff. The 2 men fully answered all my questions encouraging me to call again if any questions or problems.
    It is truly rare to receive this excellent customer service especially many years after our initial service. Many thanks to all from ladies in the office to ALL personnel who have helped me.

    I would definitely recommend Everdry for Waterproofing! Had a small leak and crew came out and fixed issue in a timely manner.
    Staff and workers were very pleasant professional and neat.

    Everdry completed work at our home this week. We were actually bumped up months ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise. Tavaris and his crew were on time each day and Tavaris kindly walked us through each step of the process. Each evening we were called by the Everdry team to ensure we were happy with the progress and we were staying informed of each step. Each morning a field supervisor would stop by to ensure Tavaris and his crew were set for the day and would go over the job details. On day #2 Joe came to install the EZ Breathe system. He was also very kind and informative about the placement and maintenance. We are hopeful this will clear up musty basement smells and will help with allergies in our home. I do feel as if this is a company that not only wants to do a great job but wants to excel in costumer satisfaction. We are excited to have a dry space to use in the future.

    Very professional and responsive to a service call. Fixed the problem promptly, especially considering my home is 2 hours from Rochester. Would recommend them for any problems you have with wet or damp basements.
