    Everydry completed a repair by providing a 2-man crew that was led by Cody who was very knowledgeable and efficient. They completed the work timely and left my yard in order. Highly recommend Everydry and this crew.

    I was extremely impressed with how well the guys worked as a well oiled machine. I never saw anyone standing around, everyone was always working and willing to answer questions and making sure we were happy with the work being done. They kept the work space very clean and neat and took extra care to protect our new door and deck from damage during the work. The crew was very accommodating and courteous. I also want to mention that our basement door is directly inside our family room and we barely heard them coming and going while they worked. The outside work that was done, you would never know they were there, they did such a good filling it back in. I would highly recommend Everdry. Our basement looks and feels 100 times better. Our house even feels warmer now.

    We were very pleased with every aspect of the job by Everdry. Work crews were timely, worked very well together as a team, were very courteous and kept us informed at every step of the job. I’m no expert but the work appears to be quite good (waiting for some serious precipitation to see.)

    Trying to reach someone if you have a problem with the work that was done is almost impossible. The exterior work from my over $20,000 basement waterproofing done last fall was improperly done. I questioned it ant the time and was told the shallowly buried pile would “settle”. It didn’t. After an inspection at my request this past Monday, they agreed it was not right. I was given an appointment for today for a major do-over of all exterior water venting work and told it’d take about 4 hours. Nobody showed up this morning, and I was not given a time frame for the job. After numerous phone calls from me starting at 9:30 this morning, it’s now noon and I’m still waiting for answers! I’ll be filing a complaint with BBB if they do not get back to me!

    In the 5+ years since having my basement fixed and water proofed I have had nothing but run around and issues with the hap hazard work preformed on certain parts of their services. Issues such as outside drain line( French drain) and foundation repairs. Everdry has been back out to fix the drain line several times, with no eval, despite the fact I have a warranty service contract I still get very sub standard repairs. Point in case, I made a warranty claim on my drain line( 4th time) and the line is still cracked, leaking and leaving all the rain water sitting on my foundation. I was told that the line would be replaced due to poor installation, the words use by the service manager was “ the line has shifted and not drain properly” and “ I will personally inspect the next line before it is finished to ensure it’s done correctly”. Having expressed my frustration with my lawn getting dug up several times at this point. Now, I have to take more of my time, to call, set up another appointment, have my lawn dug up, yet again. Now, I’m starting to form leaking and cracks in new spots in the basement, as well as old spots getting re-repaired due to the constant drain water sitting on the foundation.

    I have called several times since our basement was finished by Everdry, approximately 20 years ago. I have never had a problem getting a prompt response and fix to what ever problem I have had. The warranty for service that I pay yearly and the work that was done on my basement was and has been well worth the money I payed out. We have never had a problem with water in the basement or service.
