    My experience with Everdry Waterproofing was exceptional from the beginning and throughout the process of completing my basement project. The office staff, field supervisors and crew were all highly knowledgeable and respectful of my property and me. They worked diligently to complete a water management system in and around my house. They kept me informed of progress each day, answered any and all questions, and maintained a neat and orderly work area. Upon completion, they left the area clean and free of any dirt or debris. The system itself is working beautifully and my basement is forEver Dry! Great company!!

    I am very pleased with the way they stopped the water from coming in my basement. Very impressed with the work ethics of Fred the job manager and hid hardworking crew. This was a very big job that was extremely messy. The crew cleaned up inside and out. Very impressed. I would recommend Everdry to everyone. If you want it done right, have Everdry lock it up tight!

    Richard and Ricky card me when they arrived. Try replaced the old pipe fittings. Ricky cleaned up the water mess. Everyone was polite. They explained what was the problem and what they did. They made sure everything wS running properly. I would highly recommend Everdry to my friends and family

    Had my basement waterproofed in March 2020. Job well done! I just needed service this week on the sump pump as it quite working properly. The backup battery worked flawlessly until Everdry was able to come out to fix. Luckily, it was a quick fix with the float needing to be replaced. Caleb and Adam were professional and experienced, friendly and patient and answered all my questions.

    We had a serious mold problem 10 years ago. Everdry came in and waterproofed the basement and installed a maintenance free humidifier system. Our basement is still dry and mold free. There is never a damp smell. We have a battery backup system in case of a power outage.

    We are currently in communication with the home owner. So far we have met with the home owner, we've done 2 crack injections and a dye test the downspout. We are currently scheduled to return May 31st to replace the discharge line and upgrade tile to 4 inch. If there's any additional questions we can be reached at ***** ********.

    This was a repair call for a main sump pump that was not working, so I was depending on the backup pump. They were very professional and quickly resolved the problem. The interaction with the technicians was a five-star experience, but they were unable to come on the scheduled day and came the following day, so I'm rating this as four stars.

    Everdry came out to replace a pipe that came apart that connects to my sump pump that's buried under ground and so far I've had no leaks since they fixed it.
