    I had issues with my 2nd sump crock and the drainage pipe on the outside of the foundation. Adam and His crew responded promptly and resolved the issue with the sump crock (new check valve). They could not immediately resolve the exterior pipe issue, but Adam got in touch with his office immediately and got a followup service call schedule for warmer, dryer weather so that the pipe issue could be satisfactorily addressed.
    I'm very happy with the resolution of my issue.

    Great customer service. We had problem with our pump, that back follow valve was very noisy. We gave them a call and they came right out and took care of it. The technician was great!

    Emily at Ever Dry office kindly listened when I called for assistance about the leaking sump pump in my basement earlier this month. She is very kind and helpful and sent Tavaris who knew exactly what needed to be repaired. They are both personable and professional.
    Tavaris quickly stopped the water flowing onto the basement floor from outgoing pipe from the sump pump. He was understanding and cleared away the water from basement floor.
    I very much appreciated the effort Tavaris did to help me.
