    Crew members were respectful and overall good workers with confidence in their ability to speak Finnish. A knowledgeable, experienced crew that is respectful of the environment and the type of work they perform. There was no question that the foreman was very much on top of his responsibilities, crew, and all his duties. Professionalism was evident in the crew's response. There were no false promises made when it came to clean up and preparation. They did everything they stated they would do. As a matter of fact, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

    We have done business with this company for years and recently had a major problem with a huge power surge and they came right out to help fix the problem with their equipment. The gentleman that they sent was Tarvis and he was professional. We would love for him to come back at anytime.

    We have been customers of Everdry Waterproofing for over ten years and find their customer service to be fantastic. Just recently, one of their service associates visited our home to do an annual check on our system. Thankfully everything was AOK. He was very courteous and professional.     My experience with Everdry Waterproofing was very educational. I learned a lot about how the systems in and on the house work. Even if I didn't totally understand what was being explained by the Sales rep, the Foreman showed me everything that was being done as they were dong it inside and outside. He made everything clearer. There were some things I found out from the Foreman that the Salesman never mentioned.. But it wasn't a game changer. Just an unexpected bonus. The whole crew worked like a well-oiled machine. Everyone knew exactly what was expected of them and it was a total team effort from start to finish. I would recommend them to everyone.

    Everdry waterproofing came to fix my sump pump the computer was acting up. Tavaris came to give me a new top and he was very polite and friendly. Helped me install and make sure the computer was connected to my phone app. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

    Our experience with Everdry has been excellent, start to finish.
    Having agreed to be on-call for cancellation slots, we appreciated the discount.
    The emailed messages in advance of Everdry visits, with videos related to the installation of the EZ-Breathe device, then for preparation of the basement for the larger work, were very helpful.
    Once the team arrived and began work, they were all remarkably courteous and responsive. Their preparation of the space through which they would be moving kept mess to a manageable minimum. Their regular walk-arounds with us to confirm our needs and concerns, and any limitations they expected to encounter, were appreciated. Their outdoor work during truly miserable winter weather was impressive, and beyond what we would have expected. They were prepared to stay late on a Friday evening to finish the job, and when we said that wouldn’t work for us, they cheerfully came back the following Monday to complete their work. They took extra care to make sure everything was explained and cleaned up as we completed our walk-around at the job’s end.
