      I had Rymes Oil for years, last year when they were bought out by Superior, the service has been AWFUL! There’s no way to get a hold of anyone. I called 6 different towns hopeful someone would answer and no one did, there was also no answering service! I just needed to place an oil delivery! I stayed with them even when I was paying $6 a gallon! Now I had to resort to leaving a nasty message taped to my oil fill, (because I can’t get a hold of anyone) for them not to deliver and to cancel all future service! People are trying to order fuel to stay warm and they can’t! This should be illegal and reported to the AGs office!

      SECOND TIME and unwanted, completely unnecessary delivery. Customer service couldn't do anything but help with fees but the $400+ bill is stuck with me. Said manager would call but no follow up was made.

      Superior Plus took over for my propane supplier under the name ******* now Superior. The price went up significantly within a few years and far exceeded the spot market price. At last fill it was $4.54 per gallon in May 2022. I was alerted to a much lower price in the range of $1.56 from another supplier that handles propane supply in the Allentown PA area. When I contacted Superior they offered to lower the price, confirming in my mind that they were gouging me with their price. Let this be a warning for other customers or perspective customers.

      I did email the company directly but also sharing this for the knowledge of others and the BBB - which also has provided its own accreditation and rating:
      I came home last night to my new house in XX, NY to find a warning tag from the company hanging on my back doorknob. I'm writing to let you know it was an extremely poor method of advertising for your company:
      1. The warning notice - in bright orange - announced you had shut off the propane gas supply valve and instructed the recipient not to turn anything on. Calling the company was supposedly the only safe way to proceed.
      2. I know for a fact you were NOT the supplier for the previous owner as they provided they actual supplier name to me
      3. I did not contact you for service or information, so you were trespassing on private property and tampering with a tank you do not own
      4. Seeking business by trying to scare people is a rotten way to approach any potential relationship, and
      5. I'm quite sure the town officials will not be happy to see this tag and hear of my experience as how a business is operating in their area
      6. I also imagine the BBB will not be thrilled to receive notice of your advertising method either

      I’m posting this review, because I don’t know what else to do to actually warn someone to NEVER use this company. If there was any way to give a lower review, I would. My husband and I had an electric stove and it died in late February or the first week in March. We asked this company, who we already had an account with and a 200 gallon tank entirely full, to get us hooked up with a gas line for a stove. We were told nothing would be done until we bought a stove. Long story short, we bought one and it was delivered three days later. After multiple calls and multiple times of going to the office in person, we were finally given a date to have it all done. June 14 was the day it was all going to be done. I stayed home all day waiting and no one showed. No one called. I called the company a little after four and was told that they had no idea why no one came. I was, after all, the very first appointment that morning. Ariel was perfectly happy to let it happen with full happiness to make yet another appointment to do the install. I made a request to speak to a supervisor, because I was disgustingly mad that we had been treated so poorly. A supervisor did call in a few moments to let me know that she had no idea what was going on or why no one had showed. Lisa and I spoke for a while and when she couldn’t give me a time or date as to when an install could happen, I told her that her company needed to come and get their tank and issue a FULL refund. She ended up telling me that she didn’t blame me; she would probably do the very same thing. She assured me that she would call me back the very next day with something about when everything could happen and when I would get a refund. I told her that that was fine, because I was leaving for vacation the next day. She could call me after my plane landed and we could go from there. The next day and every subsequent day thereafter has come and gone. I still have yet to hear from Lisa. What did happen was the tank was picked up t

      I have been a customer of western propane who they just bought out for 15 years. They have not brought us propane in 10 months. Wt*?!? Horrible people run this company.
