    Problems from day one, feeling buyers remorse. New furnace, new ac, new hot water tank. Pipes knock ever since hot water tank installed. Wanted to cut a hole in my ceiling @$300. To look at pipes. Of course, I would have to pay to have it fixed, no guarantees . Spoke to a plumber who said he believes pipes were displaced when new hook up of tank. Not letting this go, very disappointed.

    Horrible company. Had well water problems they came in said I needed a new system. Bought about two years ago. October’23 same problem they replaced entire system again at their cost, I was satisfied. June’24 same problem. They said I needed to do maintenance which I did 3 times. Did not work. Talked to manager and he said it was above his pay grade and he had no answer. He said he would get back to me , that was 2 weeks ago. My whole house smelled of rotten eggs. I took matters into my own hands. I called **** from ******** ***** ***** and he came out the NEXT Day! He said they put in the wrong system. Once again he came out the NEXT DAY and replaced the system. It cost me another $7000 but it was worth it to have someone who knew what they were doing! Shoutout to **** from ******** ***** ***** a great guy, thanks for your help. Still haven’t heard from Reimer . Absolutely horrible customer service STAY AWAY!!

    had two different service techs here today one for furnace and one for water heater. Both were for cordial and I appreciated the service the y gave me. Explained everything in detail to me.

    Eddie V excellent service tech. Very cordial to me and explained what he had done to check my furnace. he also helped me with a problem I have with my water heater, by calling a serv tech that deals with water heater. I appreciated that.

    to a problem with my hot water tank.

    We had water coming out of our pipes down in our basement and Reimer sent Martin and we were told we needed a new hot water tank. Adam came over and installed our hot water tank He was very professional and we highly recommend him. He was very polite and funny he definitely got the job done and knows what he is doing.

    Mitch J**** arrived at my home on time and flushed my hot water tank.
    In doing so some other problems with my sump were discovered. He was great about explaining what was happening and what needed to be done to avoid future problems.
    I would recommend Reimer’s plumbing services and Mitch for any issues.
