    Had an on going problem with my stationary tub in basement, constant backup from kitchen usage. Kevin from Reimer worked on it for quite some time till he solved the problem, first time in 7 years I have clean, dry tub. Another plumbing firm did snake a few years ago and told me basically my usage was the problem, but they never looked further to the root of the problem as Kevin did. Thank you Kevin.

    Have done business with many companies over the years--but Reimer has made a connection that will last the rest of my lifetime. Whenever a problem has "cropped up" Reimer addresses my issue within one day and people employed by Reimer prove to be very educated and knowledgeable (as well as friendly) tackling my problem.
    Just had my AC unit checked and found out it was running fine but not putting out according to standards which could cause freezing of the coils and cause a worse problem. Andrew (senior tech) explained problems in terms I could relate to and after I asked what type of financing plans were available he did not press the issue but after I gave it some thought I gave my OK to replacement of the old unit because I found it to be very affordable giving me peace of mind. Installers Mickey and Stone showed up within 2 days and did a super job and of course I'm back on line thanks to these great Reimer people.

    Chris Lorenz came to our home to deal with a plumbing issue. Chris was very professional and took the time to do the job and did it very well. He cleaned up after the job was completed. He's very personable and friendly.It was a pleasure dealing with Chris.

    After trying to find a local business for a plumbing issue( needing new tub faucets, shower head and drain due to many leaks) I was unsuccessful as many did not answer their phones, one said they did not give estimates and the one that did stop to look never got back to me with an estimate- over a month! So I decided to try a bigger company and after reading the reviews, went with Reimer. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
    Not only were they very accommodating after I made an evening appointment , Steve came out and was very professional and thorough! He looked at everything and explained what was needed and all the options and an estimate. He was honest but did not try to pressure my husband and I into anything we did not want. I really appreciated his explaining the issues. We agreed on the work , at a reasonable price, and a week later came to do what we agreed on. Carl came over and again, he was also very professional and took his time explaining what he was doing. He did a nice job, and finished in the time that was estimated to me. He tested everything and cleaned up.
    So I give both Steve and Carl 5 stars, and will definitely use Reimer again! Very pleased with the work!

    Chris was great. Prompt. Explains things well. Very personable and good conversationalist. Willing to go the extra mile such as bringing a new filter. I highly recommend him.

    Won’t ever use them again. My pilot light on my hot water tank went out Sunday 4/30/23. I had no hot water. On Monday 5/1/23 I contacted Reimer and they said they could come out. They took at look at it and said it was just the safety mechanism of the hot water tank, reset it, and the hot water was good to go. I paid $216. It is now 5/4/23, THREE days later, the pilot light is out again. I called them back for help. They will not even come look at the tank again without another charge to “look over it again”. They just looked over it 72 hours ago. I was told my issue was resolved and they fixed it, which they did not. Their services did not hold up longer than 3 days. When questioning the second fee, as this was something they did not actually resolve on the first visit, they said it’s just their policy. So I would’ve been charged a second time, for a second look they assured me they did 3 days prior.

    Every time I use this company it’s just fantastic! Polite, professional, quality work. Thoroughly explain the issue, the plan, and the pricing all up front prior to making any agreements. Would recommend 100% every day!
    Used for boiler system replacement, hot water tank replacement, drain rerouting, hose spigot replacement, etc. never any issues!

    I called Reimer Heating & Air Conditioning because my furnace stopped working. I pay them a service fee to check my furnace. They came out and told me the part that was damaged was covered but it would cost $1,000 for installation. I asked how long it would take to install it and they said one hour. I questioned that price more and they said do you want us to take longer to install? We had them do the work and they did some additional work on the furnace. It stopped working one month later. I called and and they said how can we make you smile today. I said my furnace stopped working. The person on the phone said "oh yes is this the house with the 10-year old furnace"? I was furnace shamed by the person who answers the phone. Who treats a customer like this? They had the same guy come to service the unit. I asked if the part was covered by the warranty. He immediately said no without looking it up. I asked when that warranty ran out. He tried looking it up. Did not find the information and informed me the warranty was up. If I were you I would not do business with this company. Even if you are a Reimer customer now the warranty is yours and not with the company that installs it. You are free to have service done by anyone.

    Mark arrived at the time I was told he would be here. He was very polite & knowledgeable. He explained everything he did when he serviced the furnace. I was very impressed with how friendly & considerate he was. I asked about having a new air conditioning unit installed & he explained everything to me-no pressure! You have a great employee with Mark.
