1 star0 stars is what I give. My 92 year old grandfather always used these guys for 11 years. Bought the top of the line furnace 11 years ago ( too big for his house) and has it serviced twice a year. It recently stopped working and Reimer came out and said you need a new furnace and we are going to stop coming to service because it’s broken. Thank god I was there and talked my loyal to Reimer for years elderly man to get other quotes. Another company that’s been around for over 100 years came over and said there is nothing wrong with the furnace. I said my grandfather is adamant about getting a new furnace . He quoted me 5500. Reimer wanted 11 grand for the same furnace. BewareReview fromMarie C

5 starsI have been doing business with Reiner for years. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond the call of duty to service their customers. Marty recently serviced my sump pump and could not be happier. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He answered all my questions in terms I was able to understand.

5 starsAndrew was most accommodating, clear and concise in explaining the difficulties that were evident in the existing furnace. He adequately described all that is present in a new unit that would fit my budget. I found him to be very considerate and compassionate in dealing with some very sensitive issues. A true gentleman in every respect. He is, indeed, a trustworthy representative of Reimer Heating & Cooling - an asset to this company. KUDOS to Reimer and
