    Shortly after my husband died close to two years ago, Probate Advance has been bombarding me with mail via ***** offering to advance me inheritance money. Each time I receive one of their letters, my heart is broken again. I have made that sentiment clear to them over the phone several times and also emailed them on two separate occasions with the "unsubscribe code" to no avail. It is now July 2022 and I am still receiving their solicitations, now claiming to get advance inheritance money for me in as little as one business day. There are days I truly dread opening my mailbox. They clearly have no respect for the grievers.

    These unscrupulous people simply wish to prey on people who don't know any better to make money. They comb through records to find people who've passed away and then send letters to their loved ones. They couldn't even take the time to spell my father's name right! Unfortunately for them my father was an attorney so I immediately called them and warned them that if they did not immediately stop contacting my family we'd hit them with a cease and desist order so fast their heads would spin. These kind of "businesses" are the absolute worst. Why don't they simply set up a corner drug store and give payday loans to try and steal from people that way? There are always much better ways to access any money you are truly entitled to so PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SCAM ARTISTS LIKE THESE!
