    Predatory marketing!Whether they provide the services they advertise or not, their mailers are downright awful, sending unsolicited messages with the name of a recently deceased family member, designed to look like some sort of official correspondence.

    First of all Id like to give the Biggest Shout Out To *** @ Probate Advance LLC because this gentleman was helpful throughout this entire process & explained things to me in detail when I needed help I consider him one of yalls biggest assets & please give thus man a well deserved raise!!! I absolutely could not have made it through without his kindness,patience,& being so informative on every aspect of the process!!!     My mom and I received a letter from Probate Advance, which is obviously a scam. This letter falsely claims that my brother's estate is leaving me money, and we can get an advance on our "inheritance" from him. My brother is still alive and, when it comes to money, he is like a black hole. The File number cited in this letter is the same as the Case number of my brother's lawsuit against me and my 94-year old mom. My brother has also filed a partition lawsuit against me in our family cabin while offering me far less than my part is worth. I did some research and found that Probate Advance is a predatory company taking advantage of people who are not good with money by taking a significant chunk of their inheritance so they can have some of the money now.

Its possible an error was made in sending you a letter, but our intent is to notify heirs in estates that there is an option available to them to avoid waiting until the end of probate to get their inheritance.     We recently received a letter in regard to a trust with a "mock" check. I do not trust this solicitation. How did they get our contact information. There is no return address on the letter which was a red flag. I am wondering if the positive comments are "real".

    Scam. Received letter with names misspelled, fear tactics saying "it is tied up in probate court" (which is is not true), and saying you may not see your money for over one year. Why they have a 4 star rating with BBB is beyond me, too many negative reviews!
