    ******** company!!!!! I ordered the first period box, order was confirmed and a tracking # was sent. Weeks later I followed up as there was zero activity on the tracking #, no longer needed the product as I put something together on my own, and requested a refund since they did not fulfill the order. They lied and claimed there was a delay in transit, confirmed they would cancel the order and refund me. Instead 2 days later there was finally activity on the tracking # they initially sent. I reached out again as I was supposed to get a refund, not have them actually do their job almost a month later. They refused to refund me after confirming 2x they would. The charge has been disputed with my credit card company and I will never do business with them again. Total incompetence.

    Followed their exchange policy down to every detail and have been getting the run around on receiving my item. Ive been waiting for three months and when I went to file a dispute with my *********** they told me Im outside of the window. The customer service rep ********** at ****************** appears to be responsive to emails but now Im not realizing that they are just string alongs to buy their company time. Do not purchase from them as they do not hold up their end of the bargain. Im glad I am only out $70 because it could have been worse!

    It's really too bad there isn't a zero star option. I placed an order on August 9th for all items showing that were showing in stock. I reached out to customer support and got a canned response stating that the delay was due to "a higher volume of orders than anticipated during this season, which has caused a longer-than-normal processing time for your order.". I reached out again on Sept 9th requesting a refund as the items still had not shipped. Another week went by and still the same message - We are so sorry you are dissatisfied, - I've escalated it to the next team. Still no product and no refund until today- I get a shipping notice. I immediately contacted them to cancel the shipment only to be told it was too late and there are no returns. I'm livid.

    Ruby Love charged me $81.16 for an XXS Teen period pack that I didnt order. Im a 1XL. I found out on my credit card statement that they charged me an extra $81.16. I tried to correct the mistake and they will not. They only do exchanges and I have to pay shipping to do that. It has been more than a month since I placed the order and I still havent received anything from them other than a bill. I guess this is a learning experience. Fool me once Ruby Love shame on you. You wont get a chance to fool me twice. I hope this review will help stop Ruby Love from doing this to others.

    I placed an order on May 27th- received immediate conflicting shipping information. Have emailed numerous times for status and they cannot provide an ETA for shipping, at one point stating that the delay was due to "a higher volume of orders than anticipated during this season, which has caused a longer-than-normal processing time for your order.". They have passed off my request for cancellation and a refund to the next escalation level with no response of use, despite my numerous inquiries. The items I purchased are still for sale on their website, so it does not seem to be a stock issue unless they are selling items they do not have. I have initiated a charge back with my credit card company at this point. I do not recommend anyone order from this company as they will charge you immediately, but do not appear to have the intention of fulfilling your order.

    I needed to return items for exchange because they did not fit. Their system did not allow me to do a return online and the customer service representative told me I needed to mail my items back myself and include, in my own writing, what was being returned. Every time I contacted customer service, I was always told my issue was being escalated, but was never contacted about resolution. Despite paying $17 to return $200 worth of items, they have conveniently never received my return for exchange. I am assuming that I have just thrown away $200+ after more than 5 weeks of trying.

    If I could give zero stars I would. TERRIBLE customer service. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from RubyLove. It was taking three months to get my order so I requested cancellation. RubyLove's email response is their default "sorry for the delay" but they do nothing about it. Then four months after I placed the order we received the package. I sent an email telling them that I cancelled and their response was for me to open a return for store credit. You won't get anywhere with RubyLove. Don't bother.

    If there was an option for no starts that would be ideal. Horrible ***************** Have been waiting months for a back ordered item. Disputed with my cc company and they do try to resolve by sending me the wrong sized item. Now again still no resolution. The product is wonderful, but customer service and ability to receive correct order is not acceptable.

    I never received my order and every time I sent an email inquiring about the order, I got a response saying they are sorry for the delay. I have since asked for a refund and to just cancel my order as it has been 7 weeks from my original order. They now say they will escalate my request and I should hear from someone soon--this has gone on for two weeks. I called my credit card and disputed the charge. I hate to have to write this review but don't want others to be in my situation. I had ordered a few suits for my daughter years ago when she first started her period and we received the suits no problem. Since she had outgrown them, I just wanted a few more. I do not know what has happened to this company, but I believe they are now just a scam. Do NOT order from them!

    I purchased a ***** bathing suit bottom and then an additional ***** for overnight shipping so my daughter could have it in time. 5 days later, it arrived. I emailed them upset about this and they told me its actually overnight only after it reaches the warehouse so its really more like 2-3 day shipping. This information was not provided when choosing a shipping option on the website. There is no way I would have ordered, knowing that. I have been emailing them for a month now asking for a resolution to this. The only response I am getting is that they have escalated my case. If they have to keep escalating my case to high priority, and STILL not have availability to help me after an entire month, I can only assume they have a LOT of upset customers to deal with ahead of me.
