    Stay away from this company. In hindsight I should have checked ratings first before buying anything through them but the company name is so widely advertised and recognized that I didn't think anything of it. Like other reviews have said, there was no indication of anything being out of stock, the shipping timeline came and went, email responses said they're backordered and no timeline was given, a request for cancellation and refund was "sent to another team" and just repeated apologies and no resolution. I filed a charge dispute with my credit card company and got my money back but Rubylove is clearly predatorial given all these reviews.

    OVER 6 months with NO refund, no resolution & no satisfaction. We ordered in November for Holiday gifts didn't receive notification that our order couldn't be fulfilled, followed up & they professed they would make it "right". Since then OVER 7 emails exchanged -no refund, no fulfillment & no responses until I email to complain follow up. Worst inventory & operational systems in a company I've experienced in over 10 years-people checking inventory manually & sending smoke signals would be better.Stay away do not patronize-you won't see product or your money.

    Placed an order in November for Black Friday for one (1) swimsuit. As of writing this review, it is late May, and I have not received the product. I've been emailing their customer support team since February, and they keep telling me they will "get back to me shortly." I was given a phone number that no one answers. Truly horrific experience. Save your money and don't shop here.

    Order what was advertised as an instock item in March, paid expedited shipping, and still have not received the items. Opened a ticket with customer service to see on status of items and to ask for a refund for the cost of the expedited shipping. As of May 1st, still no update on status of shipment and no refund.

    I ordered in stock items to be delivered by January 16th 2024, I had to contact several times to check on status as items did not ship. I was charged the day I placed my order and over 30 days later still nothing shipped. I contacted to cancel my order and was denied the option. I was given false promises of "shipping in a few days". As soon as I filed a chargeback with my credit card the items arrived the next day. I will never purchase from this business, I had to initiate all contact, was never given truthful answers, I would give 0 out of 5 stars if possible.

    I placed a large order and needed to return a kit for the next size up. After sending the items back and providing shipping information that it was received at their location they refused to send replacements in the correct size and also never returned my money. I have countless emails about someone getting back to me and I never heard from them until the next time I reached out. Then I received an email two months later that my return had been canceled. No items, no refund, and I paid for shipping to return the items. There are much better companies out there.

    Ruby Love is a horrendous company. Their sizing chart is not even close to correct. Their ship time is over a month and they do not provide tracking information. The fabric is cheaper than dollar store quality, yet they charge you more than high end department stores. And they dont accept returns for the problems that are 100% on their end. We wasted over $100 on period ******* for my teen and did not receive any compassion, compensation, or help from Ruby Love when I contacted their costumer service. As someone who has worked I costumer service for years, I am appalled that this company hasnt been shut down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

    My first purchase with this company was a good-quality pair of ***-made swimwear bottoms, so I decided to purchase more. I had also purchased some underwear, but was disappointed in them and discovered they were made in *****. They allowed a return, although I did have to pay shipping and accept store credit for the difference. Later, I purchased a swimsuit and more swimwear bottoms to use my credit and have a backup for the product I was happy with. Unfortunately, it is now nearly 2 months later, and I have not received what I ordered. Never mind that I basically took a loss on the store credit from the previous purchase I wasn't happy with. I contacted this company several times and received the same answer: "We are sorry. We will ship your order soon." The last time I contacted them, I asked for a refund, but got this answer: "We will escalate your request to our team to look into this." There's nothing to look into! If you can't ship the products, give me my money back! I have also tried calling, but no one answers the phone. I have since disputed the charge on my credit card, which at least covers the difference I paid less the credit, which I will never receive product for. I am disappointed and won't be doing business with them again.

    I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering my daughter a $100+ bathing suit. My experience is like so many of the other reviewers: within a few days of placing my order on the website, I received a phone call saying that the suit was back ordered and to call the customer service number so that I could switch it for a replacement suit. My daughter did not like any of the other styles, so I called back to say I would like my order to be cancelled and I would like a refund. No one answered the phone, so I emailed customer service and was told that they were looking into this issue but was not given a ticket number or any promise of a refund. Of course my credit card had been charged immediately- and given what Ive read in the other reviews, Im sure I wont be hearing back or seeing that money again. Very frustrated- the whole company seems like a scam.

    I placed an order in November 2023 and it said that it would ship in 1-2 weeks. I received a phone call a few days later stating that it was backordered and that it could take up to 8 weeks to ship. I have been emailing customer service asking for an update and they refuse to give me an update. They say that they will escalate it to their team and will respond, but I have yet to receive a response. I try calling and get a message saying that all of their customer service team members are busy and to call back. I attempted to leave a voice mail, but the voicemail mailbox is full.
