    Working with this company has been a nightmare. I personally believe their sizes are off on purpose because they don't provide refunds and they hope customers will just give up. When I ordered a bathing suit I compared it to the measurements from a previous company we have used in the past and when the Ruby Love bathing suit arrived it was WAY too big. In order to get an exchange for the $85.00 suit that I purchased I had to pay another $8.00 to send it back even though they don't resell them because of their hygiene policy. (Which I completely understand) But then build an exchange into the price of the suit. You can't tell me it costs that much to create these garments. I sent it back and weeks later received a message from them saying my exchanged had been processed. The link didn't make sense so I called to understand the process and the customer service person who answered had someone screaming and yelling the * word...over and over..something to do with her chair and her sweater was missing. I asked the customer service person should I call back because hearing the * word over and over is not what I wanted to hear. She proceeded to say no and was just rude and didn't provide me with any answers. Oh and I still don't have my replacement. This is an awful company. I purchased this out of desperation to help my daughter. I plan to tell anyone who will listen do not purchase from this company. They are overpriced and complete a scam with deplorable customer service.

    I ordered a bathing suit a month ago and it was slated to be delivered in 1-2 weeks. One month later it has not been shipped. I requested a refund a week ago and was referred to someone in their customer service department but have not yet heard a reply. I am now contesting the charge with my credit card company. I'm not sure if this company is a sham or just really overwhelmed, but I would strongly caution against purchasing from them. If i could give zero stars, I would. Here's hoping my credit card gets me my money back!
