    This company is a huge scam! I ordered a bathing suit for my daughter back in June. It didn't fit and after reading their no return policy, I opted for an exchange. I sent the suit back and paid their mandatory shipping fee of $7.95. Weeks later, I hadn't received the new suit. I reached out with no response at least 3 times. Then finally they let me know my choice was on backorder. So they offered me some other options. Of the options they sent me, just one was available. I chose it because that was the only choice. But then again, no response. I emailed a few more times and then finally they respond and say they are shipping it right away. Still never received it. So I called and asked for a simple refund. They state they can only offer a store credit since I actually received the original order and returned it. Tell me why I would want a store credit to this place? Unfortunately, they will just get to keep my $55. I will never shop there again.

    When an item is on back order we offer a substitude for that item to give the customer an option of not having to wait. We offer the same item probably in another color with another style that is available as well. We also offer store credit that is good for a year so there are lots of options available.

    Absolutely don't recommend. They have a no refund policy even when they are the ones who made the mistake. I was sent the wrong sizes. It took two weeks to arrive so when they arrived and were the wrong size, I went out and bought another brand at a store as I didn't have time to keep waiting. I just want a refund. That's it. I am happy to send the product back - nothing has been opened because it was the wrong size. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this company.

    We have apologized and are willing to exchange the merchandise due to the wrong size being ordered and the description not being read. However due to the items we sell also being a sanitary item we do not do refunds which is clearly stated on our website. We try to compensate when there is an issue at all times.

    Buyer beware! **************** is awful. They will do very little to accommodate the customer. They sent me a code for 45% off, the only way Id pay these prices for a bathing suit. The checkout asked how I wanted to pay and I selected Apple Pay. The payment went through before I even encountered a field to enter the promo code. I called right away and had to leave a message. **************** called later and said it was too late. I am unable to cancel the order or make a return, other than for store credit. Disappointing customer service experience, Ill take my business elsewhere.

    We would like to apologize however our system is setup that all promo code, store credits, coupons have to be applied before checkout there is no way for anyone in the office to override to add any of this it is on our website. We do not take any formof payment or give any form of payment we are an ecommerce company.

    I placed an order on May 2nd that stated delivery in 1-2 wks. On May 9th, I sent an email to check on the status because I never received any shipping info. They responded that my order would ship May 10th and I would receive a new email with shipping ect... It is now May 15th and I have yet to receive the items or email. I have since sent 2 more emails and have tried calling. I wish this order could be canceled as it will not be here in time for vacation. Horrible customer service and I do not recommend this company.

    Do I have to give one star? Ordered swimwear July 15. Two weeks later, not having rec'd my order -- on July 30 -- I sent a cancellation notice to vendor. They responded orders MUST BE CANCELLED WITHIN 15 MINUTES OR THEY CANNOT BE CANCELLED. "After this time, the order is out of the queue and can no longer be adjusted for any reason." I have gone back and forth with them to cancel the order -- in part because on August 8 I received notice that THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE SIZE I ORIGINALLY ORDERED in stock. I responded both on the 8th and the 17th that I didn't want the original order or any alternative and continued my demand to cancel the order. On August 18 I initiated a complaint w/ ****** and then received notification from Rubylove that they "will cancel and refund" -- but they never did. Yesterday rec'd notice that I could exchange -- or even get a store credit -- but that "once items are ordered they are able to be shipped in the next 15 minutes" and cancelling any time after that is "impossible." Today -- July 31, six weeks after the original order (NOT 15 minutes after the order) -- the LAST WEEKEND OF SWIM SEASON -- I received a ***** package from them that I will return unopened. I will contact the ************************* the ************** Consumer Protection, my credit card company and ****** -- for starters. This is fraud. I've wasted enough time on this company.

We received a delivery of the product and mailed you your order as placed in which it was delivered to you. An email was sent to you with the tracking information included.

    I wish there was a zero star rating. Horrible customer service. I purchased a pair of swim bottoms for my daughter. Didnt fit. Mailed back the pair and ordered a second one. They are refusing to refund me the money from the pair sent back. I have **** confirmation it was delivered successfully back to them. I have over a dozen emails with a run around and wanting to offer an ecredit. Original email said reimbursement. Not the same. Would not purchase anything from the company again ever and still fighting for my money back- over $50. I will continue to fight until they refund my money. They are THIEVES.

    I ordered TWO bathing suits from here in an emergency situation for my daughter who got her period right before her birthday pool party. I placed the order on a Thursday paid $80 for overnight shipping only to have the two suits not be shipped until Friday afternoon after 12:00 PM AND not arrive until Monday. When I emailed them for a refund on at least one bathing suit, they responded with,sorry we dont deliver on weekends. Well, that should have been made clear in shipping details and it wasnt. Dont charge $80 for OVERNIGHT shipping and not ship them overnight. I will never order from this company ever again.

    Stay away from this company. At first I loved them and told all my family and friends to try them out. Then I ordered their period swimwear and it failed in 15 minutes. I contacted customer service to get help resolving my issue. They are SLOOOOOW to respond and refused to exchange, give store credit or a refund for a DEFECTIVE product. Had to go through ****** and they told ****** I modified or altered the product. I called ****** and explained my situation. They credited me my return immediately and put an alert on their ****** account. I was told they were getting a lot of complaints.

    Sold me items that they don't have in stock and don't plan to stock, even though their webpage indicated they were in stock. I paid extra for expedited shipping. They were able to substitute for me, but the items arrived several days later than they should have given my extra expensive shipping.When I asked for a refund of the extra shipping, the response was "You ain't getting nothing from me". Do not order from this company. You'll regret it.

    So many bad reviews about delivery (my order was ridiculously late as well) but more importantly, the swimsuits do NOT offer leak protection as promised. Do not send your daughter to a pool in this brands swimsuit. They must have a stellar marketing and PR team because its hard to find bad reviews anywhere but here. I really believed it was a legitimate product, especially given the expense. Its not. At least the suits fit my daughters properly so they can at least wear them when NOT on their period.
