5 starsReview for New Country Mini Hartford
-**** ****** * manual 2017
I've consistently had excellent service from New Country Mini Hartford. The team is always willing to help, and Austin in Customer Service has been especially outstanding always professional, knowledgeable, and offering advice like a trusted friend.
If you're considering buying a ****, know this: they’re incredibly fun to drive, but they can be expensive to maintain it is a ***, after all. People love them, but not everyone is prepared for the cost of ownership. That said, if you take good care of a ****, it will last. But it's crucial to have it serviced by people who truly know the brand.
That's why I chose to have all my maintenance done at **** Hartford, even though I didn't buy the car there. Their team has the proper tools, training, and experience to keep the car in excellent condition, and that gave me real peace of mind.
I eventually sold my **** ****** * manual not because I stopped loving it, but because I had put a lot of miles on it and knew repairs would start to add up. I invest a lot in maintaining my cars properly, and even though I spent quite a bit on repairs, it was worth it for the performance and reliability while I had it.
If I ever get another **** (and I hope I do), I’ll absolutely return to Mini Hartford for service. They go above and beyond, and it’s clear they truly care about doing the job right.
P.S. Too often, people only speak up when they have something negative to say, and rarely acknowledge the good. Mistakes happen—it's part of life. What matters is how a business responds, and Mini Hartford has always shown professionalism, care, and effort to make things right.Review fromMuhammad A

1 starTotal Shady/Fraud people.
Please look at my review history all the time I like to give positive review, but this one I can’t believe this Place does this kind of business?
Bought 32K car. I did not look the condition of the tires of the car because I thought this was a quality and honest dealership. Four months later, the tires are showing the wires. They are literally bald and please look at the photos. I cannot believe they will sell a car that has the minimum required thread on the vehicle. Spoke with director manager, he was the worst to deal with, but at the same time I realize if these guys are capable of selling a car where the tire can go bad in less than four months, I should not be expecting reasonable solution from them. They are cheap and cheat. I can’t believe ******** have dealers. They will do business like this. I am so disappointed. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau and ******** itself. I would suggest you stay away from a dealer who does business like thisReview fromAhsan I

1 starDishonest staff, probably staff doing what management instructs them to do.
1: sold me a car on lease (having a lot of issues) never buy their loaner vehicle on lease.
2: gave car for service, got charged for stiff but they never performed it on car,
Tire rotation
Wheel balance
Remove rim scrapes.
Not to mention even after having tire n wheel protection plan. I still had to pay 200$ on top of plan to do the service.Review fromEllen E

1 starDuring my recall at New Country Mini, Hartford, I had a great experience in getting a loaner and working with the staff. However, during the inspection, I was told that an engine mount was broken, and another was on it's way out. They quoted $2,500 worth of repairs.
I then went to a trusted mechanic who reviewed both the video they sent and also inspected my car and showed me the areas in question. One mount was showing some wear, and while the second one had a bit more wear, there was no need to replace it at this time... it was certainly not broken. The repair quote felt predatory and opportunistic.
In addition, when I arrived home, a rear bumper corner had popped out and was hanging on by a screw. It was not like this when I had dropped the car off and no one responded when I texted about them about it, a line of communication that had previously been prompt and timely.Review fromMichael H

1 starTerrible Experience at New Country ****** of Westport
I took my car to New Country ****** of Westport for a 110,000-mile service, which included an oil change and coolant system maintenance for around $400. When I picked up the car, I was told the timing cover needed to be resealed, but it wasn’t urgent. I left feeling confident my car was in good shape for a 150-mile trip to the Poconos the next day.
Before heading home, I stopped to see a client 10–15 miles from the dealership. After my meeting, I decided to pop the hood—just a gut feeling. To my surprise, I noticed a missing cap where the coolant goes. Not being a mechanic, I didn’t know the exact part, but I knew it was important. I immediately called the dealership to report the issue and asked if they could assure me my car was safe to drive. I was told, “I don’t know, let me check, and we’ll call you back.”
No one called. I called again—same response. Frustrated, I reported the issue to ****** customer service. 15 minutes later, the service manager finally called me. Instead of an apology, he told me to search my car for the cap because they had done everything correctly. Meanwhile, I had to take an **** to pick up my 5-year-old daughter. The manager assured me he was sending someone to check my car.
After picking up my daughter, I took another **** to the dealership, expecting a solution. No one had come. I called again, and the manager said, “Everything looks fine.” I told him, “The reservoir tank cap is missing.” He blamed me for not knowing the part’s name and insisted he had called me (which was untrue).
By 5 PM, after no updates, I called back and was told the manager had left. Another manager said, “It’s just a simple cap. You can drive safely.” But after researching, I learned driving without it was unsafe.
No one has followed up. What if I hadn’t checked under the hood? What if I drove to the Poconos with my child, and the car overheated?
Would you said “it’s a simple cap”?Review fromJessica W

1 starNew Country ***** of Great Neck, Salesperson Kenny X* and
Business Manager Michael A******
Three days ago I bought the 2025 ******, with a Window Sticker of $52,194. The total finance amount should be $54,691. Loan Manager Michael A deliberately added $20,000 for a warranty service I didn't need. He never explained this to me. The next day was Sunday, and when I went back on Monday to discuss it, he actually told the salesperson Kenny that I was fully aware. I placed my trust in you, and you played with the customer by adding a $20,000 warranty. What was the loan interest rate? How many monthly payments? He didn't discuss any of this with me, it was completely unprofessional. The manager said he discussed it clearly at that time, but he did not. I trusted him which is why I signed without looking closely, but you can't deceive customers like this. Isn't this scam ??When I mentioned contacting a lawyer, they finally willing to revise some of the unnecessary warranty added. As a customer I feel like I treated like a fool they have no apologies !!! That’s how ***** hired Manager and sales ? I Can NOT believe it !Review fromPhyllis T

1 starI was displeased with the service due to someone in service center took my tow Hook and covering on the back of my care. They stated they didn't have it but when the car was dropped off it was on there. We had to get the car towed for which he used a dolly and there was no need for him to use a tow hook. Someone definitely has it at the dealership, it just don't disappear. I will never take my vehicle there for anything. Then tried to tell me I needed a new engine and my car drives, smh. Bunch of thief's.Review fromRenee W

1 starDear Customer Review
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service my husband and I received at Arlington EuroMotors in Bethesda, MD. We specifically requested to speak with a manager regarding issues with our Metric Cargo Van, which has broken down four times. Instead, we were directed to a junior salesman with only six months of experience, and no manager addressed our concerns.
Furthermore, I had an extremely demeaning conversation with Mr. D*****, who spoke to me in a condescending manner, as though I were a child. He persistently questioned whether I had read the Lemon Law in my state, which felt unnecessary and insulting. To make matters worse, he made an inappropriate and hurtful remark about my husband’s ongoing battle with cancer, which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
I am deeply upset and offended by the treatment we received. My husband and I expected professionalism and respect, especially during such a challenging time for our family. I intend to report this experience to the American Cancer Association, as I believe no one should have their personal hardships joked about or minimized in this way.
I expect a response and a resolution to this matter as soon as possibleReview fromMike O

1 starWe purchased a new car back in 2023. The car is nice. The service is horrible. Yesterday, for the first time, my wife had to call roadside assistance. The estimate for a tow was 60 minutes. After an hour I got there but not the tow truck. We called (they did not call us to notify us) and they said it would be another hour - other jobs come in that paid more and had a higher priority. Basically suggesting that if I offered them money maybe we would get a tow sooner.
You pay a premium price for a ******** - but we did not get what we paid for in terms of service got we getting shaken down for more money. After 3 hours the tow truck finally came. How would you like your wife to sit abandoned for three hours alone while it is darks.
******** - overpay us and we will get to you whenever we want.Review fromJUAN F

1 starI am absolutely appalled by my experience with ********-**** of Palm Beach, particularly with the salesman. I purchased a vintage 1988 *** ** ******** sports car, and despite my repeated requests to pay for a diagnostic test, the salesman insisted it was not necessary and assured me that ********-**** would never keep a car in anything less than pristine condition on their lot. It turns out this was a complete lie. Not only was the car not in top condition, but there were also key parts missing five weeks after my purchase. The level of deceit and professionalism displayed by both the dealership and salesman is truly shocking. I deeply regret my purchase from a subpar dealership. BUYER BEWARE.
So far, I am up to 10,000 worth of repairs on this car to make it mechanically-sound which had I known through my diagnostic test, I would have never purchased.
I would highly discourage anyone from using this dealership for purchasing a used vehicle and servicing a vehicle out of warranty, as I also have 2 ******** wagons where I have been highly over charged, then to find out that through a local mechanic I was overcharged by thousands of dollars.
