Bought a used 650 from New Country in December. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A minor problem with the tires was resolved quickly in a way that was fair to both. Price was exceptionally good. Unreserved recommendation.

This dealership pushes the sale of the extra warranty. I bought the warranty because I was told it will cover minor scratch marks in and out of the car. On the contract there are six items:
      *paintless dent repair
      *Windshield repair
      *Interior
      *Exterior
      *Vehicle Key
      *roadside assistance
The person who sold me this warranty, Paul M***, specifically told me it will cover any minor scratch marks that can easily be fixed.
When I had a little ding on my windshield, I decided to use this warranty and since I was taking it in, pointed out 2 marks on the car -probably from my nails and were about 1/4 inches). The service person told me it is not covered since it only covers "paintless' dent. I asked him what the "exterior" means. He had to check with someone and told me it means if I ever have paints faded because I park it in some spots that will cause my paints to fade??? What does that mean? This service person told me it could probably be buffed when he first saw my car and changed what he was saying. He said something like he is the one that has to break the bad news to people who were misled about the warranty.
It seems there will say whatever to charge their customers. This warranty probably is total **. The little ding on my windshield looks worse now. I could have done a better job at home with repair kits that can be purchased for a few dollars.
They are running a scam at this business. They sell warranty knowing they are not going to cover anything. Cannot be trusted. Don't buy from them.

I had two flat tires damaged by road hazard, tires are still under warranty. Car was towed to the closest Lexus dealer – New Country Lexus of Westport, Connecticut on November 25, 2022. Called in early morning to book service, arrived at about 10:30AM. Service was completed at 3:30PM, so I had waited for 5 hours for replacement of two tires.
The dealer overcharged customer in multiple ways.
Violation against billing code OPCODE 3386904. This dealer charged $223.00 per tire, but other Lexus dealer charges $183 per tire.
After several emails, the service advisor, Mr. K. A., advised that their standard labor rate is $204.9 per hour. This number is shocking, and it is ridiculous. This dealer charged $49.95 per tire, other dealer charges $29.95 per tire.
The dealer refused to do price adjustment even after I presented documents showing pricing of the same service from another dealer and several email exchange.

Please save yourself time and frustration and STAY AWAY FROM NEW COUNTRY GREENWICH PORSCHE.
My 2020 Cayenne is a lemon with months in the shop over battery issues that the dealership cannot explain or fix.
Their service department is in a shambles: 2 of the main members left. You call multiple times and no one even answers the call. When you leave messages, they do not return calls.
At my last service, the service department literally drove the car into their own structure and broke the side mirror. It took a month to fix with multiple phone calls. When they gave me the car, the side mirror still did not function.
This is the worst car dealership I have ever encountered.
