      About one month ago, Paul P********* came running out of the Mercedes Benz Of North Palm Beach Dealership screaming and yelling at me for taking the water which is offered FREE to the dealership's customers, of which I am one and a very loyal one at that. Despite having spent tens of thousands of dollars at this dealership, Mr. P********* verbally assaulted me over free water. He could have handled it very differently but did not, choosing the nasty hothead route instead of making a polite request. As such, Mr. P********* has unnecessarily put my customer relationship with that dealership at risk. I strongly believe Mr. P********* should be disciplined for this nasty behavior if not terminated from his Management position.

      Never buy any extended warranties of any type of kind from the steelership. They do not honor them. Buyer beware
      I purchased a 2015 Toyota RAV4 in 2018 from this dealership. The car now needs in 2024 a water pump, but they are claiming that my 8 year 100,000 warranty is expired. These are spectacularly unethical business people.

      I brought my car in for routine maintenance.
      I was told that my wheel was cracked
      I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday.
      They never ordered the part.
      I brought my car back in on Friday.
      They ordered the wrong part.
      I brought my car in on Monday.
      They ordered the wrong part for the second time.
      I finally got my car fixed on the fourth try.
      By far, this is the worst service that I have ever received

      The worst ******** **** of Hartford, I called numerous times regarding my vehicle for an update, got the " We will have the service rider call you back" Apparently, he doesn't know how to use the phone. They completely scam the warranty company and commit insurance fraud, and still collected payment from me. The service rider literally went from yeah, I will help you to I don't want to deal with you in matter of moments. My car still makes the same noise, and they claim it was resolved which is complete bull***t. Advisor said it was coming from the control arm and once the control arm is "fixed" or they claim to "fix" it now it's the "Breaks" I may be a female but I'm not stupid! I have called to speak to a manager no one can return my phone calls back, even though I called the same day I picked up the car! In the video that was sent to me for the overall view the technician said the squeaking over bumps is coming from the control arms and claims my "breaks" need to be replaced because they are squealing. Clearly squeaking and squealing are two different issues and sounds. Yet the control arm was "replaced" but the noise is still present and claim the noise are coming from the " Breaks"? If that was the case why not replace the breaks instead of the control arm? I don't believe they had a clue what they were talking about, and then proceed to advise that all other suspensions look fine. Clearly something is not fine! I paid $500 for not only for nothing but also to receive poor customer service and back and forth via text msg with the service rider after the fact my vehicle was picked up, not even a phone call was plausible from them. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere they only help the people that they want to especially if you're a certain race because you could tell right off the rip, he did not want to deal with us.

      Sells fraudulent service contracts. Sold me an 8 year premium contract on a 3 year old car, except there is fine print hiding the fact that it starts when car was originally sold as new, not when I bought it. It was a 5-year contract, not an 8-year contract. Then contacting class action lawyers.

      In my thirty plus years in sales and as a business owner; I have never experienced a more deceitful, unethical, dishonest, and unprofessional group. This dealership ( from management to my salesperson) exemplify why people hold such a low regard for employees in the car industry. Needless to say, I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Do yourself a big favor- shop elsewhere.

      I am writing this review against Mercedes Benz of Devon in PA regarding my recent experience at their dealership. I had found a vehicle on their website listed at $42,400 and had been preapproved for a loan through ******* ***. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle, which I was okay with at the time.
      I informed the salesperson that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle and that I had preapproval through ******* ***. They assured me that they would assist me in finalizing the purchase. However, when I spoke with the finance officer, I was informed that the price of the vehicle had been changed to $44,215 and gap insurance had been added without my consent.
      When I questioned the finance officer about the price change, they stated that the initial price was incorrect. They also tried to pressure me into putting down more money than agreed upon with ******* ***. Additionally, the finance officer was not transparent in their dealings with me and did not treat me kindly during our interaction.
      Furthermore, the salesperson did not follow up with me after I spoke with the finance officer, leaving me feeling disregarded and disrespected as a customer.

      I would not recommend this dealership I have been to a few of them owned by the same company. Not customer-oriented. I want nothing to do with a Mercedes-Benz or this dealership. Sadly I live close by but they make things so difficult, are disorganized, and have no clue what they are doing. Frustrating experience. I do not want my car anymore. I feel sorry for anyone who uses this or the West Palm Mercedes-Benz dealership. I could go into more detail but a big red flag is now waved.

      STAY AWAY!! I wish that I read some of the past reviews so I'm not surprised that I had a very bad experience with this dealership to the point that they are shady. The sales manager Marcio was unethical in the way he was conducting business. We are repeat ******** customers and have visited several showrooms looking for our next ***. We love ******** as this was going to be our 5th ********. My wife and I drove from Miami to see a *** listed on Autotrader. The next day I called and negotiated with them and told Marcio that I would buy the SUV and offered a deposit to hold the vehicle since I was in Miami. He said no, that I needed to come up and sign the paperwork. I told him that I needed to make arrangements with the bank and would come by later. Two hours later he sold the SUV without letting me know. When we spoke, he basically said 1st come 1st served. He fits the used car salesman stereotype. Peter, don't bother with a response since I know you will protect your guy, but thanks for offering a lower grade vehicle as consolation prize. "The best or nothing". For this dealership... nothing but 1 star.

      Terrible experience. I bought my car in on 1/31/2024 to be service at this location. I was asked if I wanted my inspection stickers updated. I told them sure. One of the mechanics went in my car to retrieve the registration and insurance card ( they should have asked me to do it) and also decided to help themselves to an 100 dollar bill I had tucked in my middle console for emergencies.
      I immediately contacted Luke R******* the service director and let him know what was going on. He stated he would look into it. He called me back on 1/31 and let me know he was doing an internal investigation and would call me back no later then 2/1 close of business.
      It is now 2/3 and I have left several voicemail with no return calls. It is not about the money but the trust that is gone. How can you take your car in to be serviced and then get stolen from?! Especially a luxury car dealer.
      I have been with *** for years and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced anything like this. I normally get serviced at the *** of Mt Laurel but decide to try here as it is now closer to where I live.
      I will NOT be returning here and I will be filing a police report. I don’t care how petty it may sound but this is truly unacceptable. I’m absolutely disgusted at the lack of response from management.
