GM was pleasant then issues arose due their incorrect SS number uploaded. I had enough with their nonsense. I decided not to purchase a new one. The manger told me that “we” both know I purchased elsewhere. Got very angry refusing to refund my deposit. He hung up on me. I called him back asking how come he hung up. Denied it.
A second call, I insisted on my deposit being returned. He said NO. It’s illegal not to refund the deposit. He told me he was going to verify that I did not purchase another lexus elsewhere. I had to wait up to 48 hrs for a decision. I had enough with their nonsense. Decided not to lease a new *****.
I suggested it easier to return my deposit or see him in court. He hung up on me again! Great customer service. After 10 minutes money refunded.

Do NOT take your car here for service. I’m assuming it is an **** quality and parts issue, but I had my spark plugs replaced here and less than 18K miles later two of my four plugs the control arm snapped off and fell into the engine causing irreparable damage, which ended in **** ********* quoting me $22,000 for a new engine. My only work done besides oil changes was through **** *********, and my car was not tuned and up to date with all services. They barely budged even though when I took it to two independant licensed repair shops both shops said the plugs were undertorqued and likely defective given that 2/4 plugs failed in the same spot in the same way. There is a class action lawsuit against **** right now for similar issues with their 2.0T engines. Stay far away from **** and far away from their ********* service center. They have refused to help resolve this in good faith regardless of the fact that their repair and products caused the issue.

      To whom it may concern,

It seems that there was a complete breakdown in communication over the new lease of my vehicle recently at Mercedes Benz North Palm Beach.
When I asked my sales girl about the distance control in cruise control mode. She replied that there was a “standard three car distance for all Mercedes.” However, it did not have the advanced options of being able to adjust that setting. I then explained that was OK, because as long as it keeps a safe 3 car distance, that was all I was looking for as an option.
After delivery of the car, and realizing that it does not keep a safe 3 car distance, I returned the vehicle immediately and was told the next day by Dan Warren including a video of the technician saying it now was now working, and it was all fixed, yet another lie.
And upon driving it again, the car does not keep a safe distance when the cruise control is activated. I was shocked!
As of today, 10/24/23 Lee Abbott now says that the option in question is not what she was referring to when she said, “ it is standard in all Mercedes to keep a three car distance.” This has turned out to be not true of this car in particular, yet they have returned the car twice to Service, and supposedly fix?!?
My first purchase of a Mercedes Benz has proven to be less than exciting due to this mishap. It seems that even the manager Michael, said that he was unaware of a Mercedes not maintaining a safe distance when the cruise control is activated. I am offended that a 2023 Mercedes vehicle is allowed on the road without a standard safe distance barrier when cruise control is activated.
The concierge delivery was lovely, yet he was unaware of the car not maintaining a safe distance as well, he actually seemed shocked!
That being said, I will try and establish another relationship with a different dealership when it is time to turn this car in. My hope now is that I will be able to get past this either lack of knowledge or blatant lie without another mishap.

Complete lowlife pieces of garbage. One of their company cars was caught on camera taking a photo of my license plate.
I’m currently working with the police in boothbay harbor to get to the bottom of this.

Audi Hawthorne committed fraud! We financed a Q3 in April and the business manager Mr. D**** fraudulently added Audi care and Audi term for a total of $6600 without informing us. D**** never offered the 2 packages and had us sign on an **** that only had a signature line. We asked him what is the signature for and he said it’s just accepting the contract as we signed on paper. Unbeknownst to us, he lied and the signature line he had us sign was to accept the Audi care and Audi term care, which by the way are both similar packages and does not make sense to have both. He was rushing us and barely said a word. I asked him for copies of all the paperwork and he again purposely did not give me the bill of sales. Later that day I called the dealership asking for the bill of sales. It took almost 2 weeks for them to send it to me. That’s when I realized that Mr. D**** had fraudulently added the extras.
I spoke with the GM, Jason L** who was rude and condescending, and obviously condones fraudulent behavior. After many calls and emails and contacting Audi customer care, they sent a refund to the bank. But, we are very unhappy with the dealership and appalled of their behavior. We will never recommend this dealership and we are spreading the word to everyone.
Jason had the audacity to offer a free car was or oil change to make it all right by us. Imagine that! You committed fraud for $6600 and that’s your offer to compensate for the crime. Stay away!

Purchased a 2018 ****** ******* from New Country Toyota of Wesport in Westport, CT in November 2022. I now have to sell the car now due to health reasons so contacted the salesperson, Al A*******, who sold it to me. I had a friend take the car in for an assessment (as I can't drive anymore) and Al subsequently sent me a written "Appraisal Voucher", prepared by Appraiser Chris S*******, for $15,000. (I had paid $21,000 for the car.) I accepted the offer and made an appointment to conclude the transaction. My friend took the car back once again, but right after he dropped it off I got a call from Chris S******* who regretfully informed me that "his manager told him that he wasn't willing to pay what was quoted and that the best offer he could make was $12,000". I told him I did not appreciate the baint and switch and asked him to have his manger call me or I would report to the better business bureau. He pleaded for me not to report, but I never got a call from his manager. The behavior displayed by this dealership is totally unrpofessional and immoral.

Worst dealership ever. I purchased a CPO Mercedes Benz S Class 2021. So many issues that did meet CPO requirements. Tires were worn wheel alignment was messed up. Front brakes were bad. They ignored all my calls extremely poor and rude customer service. They play games. They put me through hell. I can’t believe they are a direct Mercedes dealership! Warning Stay Away. They use very deceptive tactics.

I have been using New Country Toyota for servicing my Prius since I bought from them. For the past 6 years, I brought the car in for service every 5K when I get the signal “maintenance required”. 1 year ago I discovered that I have been paying for synthetic oil and filter change every 5K rather than recommended 10K interval because it was recommended for me to do so every time I went there for 5 K tire rotation. It was upsetting and the manager told me that this happened under his predecessor and now they are more transparent. Recently, I took my car for tire rotation only 5 K service appointment. The agent looked at my file then told me that today will be tire rotation and alignment. I signed the papers then received a video describing their findings which recommended tire change. I was not planning on using this place for tire change. I was still planning on using New country Toyota to service the car. I texted the angent asking why it took so long for my car to be done and she texted later saying car was done. I was at work so my wife picked up the car. I never gave anyone permission to change my tires and I was not given estimate of the cost or options but the center just went ahead and changed the tires and my wife not knowing I was not aware of this, paid and took the car. When I called the agent and asked for clarification and asked how she got my tires changed without my permission, she told me that I signed for it and I agreed with it. This is a lie and is very disrespectful. I feel angry and disrespected by the representative at new country Toyota. I will never go back to that dealership. Rather than apologizing to me and explaining the lack of communication, this representative became defensive and told me that I signed up for something that I never gave permission to do. This place is run to maximize profit by offering unnecessary service to justify their high prices. Overall I recommend against using them.

Brought my Cayenne for a 40k service at 9 am and the service advisor couldn't even give me a rough estimate on how much the service was going to cost. I had asked him for a quote and he informed me that they wouldn't know until my inspection. Yet he wrote down on my service sheet 10 seconds after my question $1600. I had called another Porsche dealer who was able to give me a rough estimate. Was told I would get a call back later that day after my car had went into the shop. I did not receive any call from there service dept and my calls that I have placed to check on the status were not returned either. Was not told they were keeping my car for a second day. The following day after reaching out to their service dept around 11 am after not receiving any call that morning and left a message with their service manage. Someone had called me back and hour later and was told they were busy and would let me know when they have any information. Poor communication with their service dept and was told excuses for parts when my car came in for a fluid exchange and oil change. They have 1 service advisor to handle everyone's service appointment. I ended up calling the sales dept to finally get a hold of someone from service and relay my message that I just wanted to pick up my car at this point and declined any recommended services. NO call back from service manager at all, who I was told doesn't even work in that building. Would not recommend this dealer for service. They are unable to handle to handle the amount of vehicles that are being brought in and clearly are overbooking appointments.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. I just purchased a 2016 ******* *** from out of state (sight unseen) and the salesperson Robert C****** described the car as "spectacular" "needs absolutely nothing" over and over again. I felt rushed because he said his colleague had someone coming the next morning to look at it. I am out of state so I could only rely on pictures (there were barely any online as they JUST got the car in 1-2 days prior). I asked for more pictures which I did receive, but the vehicle delivered to me in North Carolina in a different condition. They wanted to play the blame game of saying it was the transporter, however I had picture proof of the transporters photos showing the damage inside THEIR showroom. Frank (head of used cars apparently) got involved but both him and Robert did not take any ownership. 2 wheels had curb rash, one wheel was bent. The front bumper they had rock chips "fixed" but was an amateur quick spray and poorly blend (spider cracks and bubbling). The passenger door had a dent in it. The rear bumper had cracks in the paint and multiple areas that had deep scratches or paint missing that was poorly repaired. None of which was brought to my attention. Everyone was VERY responsive to me until my money was received. Hard to get anyone on the phone or to call me back. They were not willing to do ANYTHING to make me feel whole again. I was told there was a chance in obtaining the original wheels & tires to help with the undisclosed damage, only to find out that was not going to happen. I work for a flood car specialty dealership & bought this for myself personally. I thought that would help with the price but I paid FULL retail plus $995 doc fee plus nonsense $440+ for fees that did not even apply to me. The dealership that purchased it from them is ********* Auto Group, if they try to say they did not sell me this car to get the review taken off. BE WARNED if you buy a used car from them and cant inspect it with your own eyes
