    This company is a full scam. I was in contact with ***** for weeks. They said they would ship my car from *********** to Brooklyn, NY. I signed the waiver and paid a deposit and never heard from him again. When I called they transferred me around to several different people. The reviews they have must be bought because my car was never picked up and they charged me $155 and I was never contacted to pick up my car. Please whatever you do, do not use this company.

    ACTUALLY 5 STAR SERVICE. To be honest, I was honestly skeptical the whole way through as I have been scammed before but every single step of the way ****** was there guiding and reassuring me. I got pictures of when my bike was picked **, in the trailer and dropped off. Very, veryyyyy reliable. Will use them again if I ever need a transport. Thanks team!

    This company is a very good company if you want transportation of a vehicle. I had the opportunity to meet ****, he was instrumental in getting my abandoned car from ******** to ******* very quickly. He was in contact with me all the time to let me know what was going on with my vehicle.

    brookwide *** did a great job for me, and my family transporting our new vehicle from ********** to **********. ***** was always available to answer questions whenever anything needed to be done.

    Vehicle was damaged during transport. When I contacted my booking agent ********************* at Brookwide he said he would call me back shortly with the transports insurance information. Hours passed without a call so I called **** back only for him to tell me that he wasn't going to obtain that information, that I would need to call Brookwide's main number despite our conversation previously. I called the general number and spoke with another Rep who said he would call me back with that info. It has now been a week without a call. I have left several messages at this point. They wouldn't stop calling me initially to earn my business and now that there is a problem, I can't get a single response back. Do Not use Brookwide to ship your vehicle. They are a scam.

    Delivery time was perfect and pick up was perfect and drop off time was perfect. When unloading vehicle from truck it was crooked and it fell off the track no damage that I know of but it could have
