  Working through ***** at Brookwide and Irham with MNM Freight to transport my new car 860 miles was effortless. I was apprehensive after reading various complaints concerning some transporters. ***** set up an enclosed transport through Irham and the quote never changed while being a competitive price compared to some open carriers. They also kept their word on the transport schedule. 32 hours from the time of pick up to delivery. This included ***** getting caught in a thunderstorm with 80 mph winds and needing to pull over for protection. Our new car arrived as promised and I was always updated and informed during the entire process. I would recommend Brookwide and MNM to anyone.

  They are a scam. They just give you the lowest quote at first. When the time for pickup comes, they will increase the price. You have no choice but to accept. Totally a fraud. The name of the agent I worked with is *********************.

  Terrible experience just another bait and switch auto broker that doesnt have their own drivers. Will quote you low then jack the price up at time of shipping. Scam artists beware.

  I used this company two times. I worked with ********************* both times. This last time a higher deposit was required. ***** lied to me about delivery date and refused to call me back to discuss delays in delivering my vehicle. He told me it would be delivered in 5 days but here I am 8 days later and no updates and like I said F/tank refuses to even give me a call back. I spoke w **** in the office who assured me a supervisor or manager would return my call. Nothing yet. This delivery company they used is also unprofessional. They are charging me extra on delivery. ***** assured me multiple times I would not have to pay, but now he is saying he cannot tell. Again I have everything in writing. This is the worst experience and I would not recommend. Imagine almost a week and I am purposely left in the dark about my possessions. I dont recommend this company. Pay a little bit more for better service and answers when you need them.

  After confirming that the pick-up date and drop off date (a week in advance), which all parties confirmed and agreed to, the issues began.
  Original vehicle pick-up date missed. They arrived a day late, already behind the ball, ***** (company rep) gave us his word and "guaranteed" the vehicle would be delivered by the date discussed.
  2 days later we were informed the car would be arriving Monday, instead of Saturday at noon. a full TWO days late!
  To make matter 10 times worse, neither ****, nor the driver would or are answer their phone after we were informed of the car being late. completely ignoring their customers that they gave a "guarantee" to.
  Currently we have no idea where our property is at, we can't get anyone to answer their phones, and we have no idea when we will get our vehicle delivered.
  This has to be one of the most outright disrespectful companies that show no care, or remorse for their complete lack of professionalism.
  At this very moment, vehicle almost 48 hours late, no one answering, no responses by text or email, has me wanting to potentially contact law enforcement to classify the vehicle as stolen.
  DO NOT use this service!! I would give them negative stars if I could.

  After signing contracts to for car shipping, the drivers will call you and ask ******* more than agreed the day of shipping. My car is now stranded 6 hours away after our move.
