      Our company provided the service for US Coachways on May 20, 2023.Service was perfect without any delay or complain. CHARTER N ********. Our price was $2,600.00 but US Coachways does not response to any of our calls or emails to provide the payment. It was a round trip from Grenta, ** to ******* ** Theme Park and back to ******, **. WE picked up at 7:30 am on 05.20.23 and dropped on 05.21.23 at 2 am. They refuse to pay, and I just think that this might be a reason that many people get cancelation at the last minute. *********** just can not afford so much loss. Our expenses were around $1,500 for that trip, and we got $0.

      We made a reservation with US Coachways **** for a July trip with a group of teens. We made a deposit of $2,567.92 on May 26, 2023 and two payments of $352.24 for trip # ********. On June 29 Sales a Support Specialist for US Coachways canceled the reservation telling us our credit card would be refunded immediately. The card has still not been refunded on July 27, 2023. I have made three attempts to reach the accounting department and the Sales Support Specialist who told me she can't help me.

      I am so disappointed in this company. I have charted with them before, so naturally I wanted to go back to them again. I booked a bus for a tour. They took the deposit when expected, and took the balance before the due date I was given. This was NOT how they previously did business with me. Luckily I had funds to avoid any overdraft fees. I was then told I had to pay additional fees, almost twice the amount. This was not an expense we could afford, and when I canceled the charter (still before the bulk balance due date), I was told to put my request in writing. I did, and then told to contact accounting. I did. Yet, they have yet to respond regarding my refund. THERE IS NOT A RESPONSE OF ANY KIND. There is no contact with anyone from accounting when you contact them, and no phone number to speak with anyone directly. A vast difference then my previous experience with them, and obviously after this experience this company is not one I would ever recommend again because of it.

      Hello *****, we do apologize that the charge was processed prior to the scheduled date and understand the issues this may cause. The increase in cost was approximately a 50% increase due to an added 5 hours to your itinerary. We show your charter is due a refund. Per the terms of your contract, refunds can take up to 120 business days to process.

      This is not a reliable bus company. Last year they showed up 5 hours late with a smaller bus than what was paid for and never received a refund for the difference and we had to drive extra cars to get everyone to camp. This year we paid a deposit 8 months ahead to hold a bus then made another payment 2 months before we left and the final payment one month before leaving. On the morning we were to leave they called with a 2 hour delay, then called back and cancelled. We had 51 people they were to be transporting to camp. We then had to try and book another company on the day of the event to get ** there and then find a way home. Fortunately by God's ***** we found another company but now we're out the all the funds for both bus companies. I guess we'll see if we get all that money back. Whatever you do don't use this company.

      My sister booked a party bus for her wedding for $1,400 (circular seating, lights, etc. Effectively a limo bus). They sent her a different bus which was merely a transportation bus (rows of seats, untinted windows, etc.).They wouldn't refund her any money because they said "You accepted the service." The reason we actually got on the bus was because none of the people had cars (because they had arranged to be on the bus). We were forced to get on the bus.Then, they told my sister that the bus she did get wasn't that much cheaper than the limo bus she ordered (although the quotes she received had a $900 delta).Eventually, they returned $700, but are unwilling to return more.Summary:Sister booked a $1,400 limo bus for her wedding.Company sent her transport bus.Company won't refund her entire bill because they say she accepted their service (wrong service, much cheaper).Never use this company.

      We experienced extremely poor service for the bus trip Jan. 20th, from *******, ** to ************* and back to *******. Concerned that the bus would not arrive on time, we called the 24 hour dispatch number at least 5 times between 5:30am and 6:30, when they finally answered. The bus was scheduled to leave at 6:00am and left at 6:50, because the bus driver claimed he had not been paid, so he wasnt planning to come.Early in the trip, the bus driver asked everyone not to use the restroom unless they were only going to urinate, and to even try to refrain from that. This caused much discomfort with the passengers who were told the bus was equipped with a restroom. Folks drank and ate little, not knowing when they would be able to relieve themselves. We had a couple month old baby on the bus, some elderly passengers, and all in between.Halfway through the 4 hour drive to Wash., **, the driver stopped for a ***** minute restroom break. Everyone was back on the bus within that time except for the driver who was on the phone. The bus started again after 40 minutes. As a result of the delayed departure and longer than planned break of ********************************************************************************************* visit the restroom (a long line at the portable toilets).At about 4:00pm, we called the bus driver and explained we would be back to the agreed upon location at 4:20pm. The bus driver had trouble finding the spot agreed upon and, with many calls, discussions, and waiting, it was decided for the bus to stay where it was and the passengers walked to the bus. They arrived where the bus was parked, and the bus left at 5:30pm. A time of over 1 hour for all the passengers in the cold awaiting the bus. We were hoping to use the PA system but it did not work. People in the back of the bus complained that there was a diesel fume smell. So, they asked that the baby on the bus stay up front, away from the fumes.Totally poor service!

      Our church paid for a 49 passenger bus with a bathroom, ******************************************************************************************************************* turn canceled our bus and replaced it with a 35 passenger no bathroom which was really inconvenient our trip was scheduled to take three and a half to four hours to arrive at our destination instead it was a five and a half hour just to get to the amusement park which cut down the time everyone was supposed to spend at the park also the air conditioner on that bus was not working and the temperature outside was 94 I have emailed the company and made several calls yet I have heard nothing about our church being refunded money that they were paid for a bus we never received. *********************** There is no way our church will use this company in the future.

      I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Working with this company was an absolute nightmare, and everyone should avoid them. I booked a tour group with them in February for a group leaving in April. I sent my itinerary and specific details I needed for the charter to ******** in the sales department and we proceeded. I paid the deposit and made all my payments on time. I met my group on departure at the pick-up location. I called customer service and she wouldn't give me the driver's phone number and I had to call back and forth for an hour to see where the drivers were because they did not show up with ******** said they would. She couldn't even tell me the company name of the bus so I knew what to look for. The bus company showed up when the group was supposed to LEAVE instead of an hour before to spot as they said they would. Fast forward to when the group was leaving, the drivers said they were just dropping off upon arrival and services were over. The drivers fought with me IN FRONT of my client when I told them that that is not what I booked. Turns out that ******** booked it wrong and when I called him about it he never answered. No one answered. You can't speak to a live person with this company unless you have an extension and it still goes to voicemail and no one calls you back. I had to book another bus company to pick up my group to finish the day. US Coachways said they would refund me for the charter I had to book within 30 days and I JUST got the refund at the end of July after emailing them for weeks with no response from ********* ****** or *****. I also learned after the fact that they charged us 2 months after the trip for a fuel surcharge and never told us about it. ******** called to try to justify the charge to me even though I had never seen it. I'll have to eat that cost since I can't go back to my group months after. AVOID THIS CHARTER COMPANY. They have absolutely zero customer service and don't know how to do anything right.
