      We were sent the wrong bus on our wedding and they didnt want to refund us because we used the bus that was sent because we had used it (our wedding party had no other transportation options to photos or the reception venue). None of the amenities on the bus worked either. Its been 6 months since they said theyd give us a refund (took us 3 months to get them to say theyd give us a refund), and now we cant reach any of the individuals at the company. Truly a terrible experience - the service was horrible and they do not care at all. We were promised a full refund (after they tried to refuse a refund and then give us a partial refund) and we have not yet received. Do not work with this company. They will not follow through. Wed like our money back and to save others the headache of working with them and their money.

      I ordered a bus which was over $2000. The company canceled on me. I still have not a receive my refund. I call the company and no one picks up. I send emails and they take their time to respond. I'm about to get a lawyer and start the process of suing.

      This company is the worst that you can do a business with. My group made a reservation for a beach trip in August 2023, months in advance and have made full payment. Less than 72 hours before scheduled pickup we received an email that the bus that we've reserved was having mechanical issues and was unavailable. US Coachways claimed that they searched a 300-mile radius and were unable to find a replacement. We couldn't reschedule because families were looking forward to the only summer trip out of state and to the beach since the pandemic. It was frantic and we were forced to scramble to find a replacement bus for trip. One of our members didn't know about our existing charter ******** with the company and called US Coachways the same day. US Coachway provided our member a quote for a bus service from the same location and same date for $450 more. Unbelievable and *************************** confirmed bus is available and provided us the details for Charter ********. We were angry and frustrated.Our calls were unanswered and we informed that the accounting department had been notified and that we will be refunded for the reservation. After numerous emails and attempted phone calls we have still not received our refund. It's been 45 days since our charter was unilaterally cancelled and still waiting on my refund.

      Charter bus companies beware!!!! My company did a charter for us coachways back in May and to date has yet to be paid! We've made numerous attempts via email to every department available only to get responses from dispatch saying we'll look into it. The lady for the payroll department even responded to a group email saying "I'm going to pay you in a few short minutes" as to make a mockery of the situation! I STRONGLY advise against doing business with this group even if paid in advance as they'll get over on you somehow down the line. I was warned as I'm warning you....... DO NOT USE!!!!

      Beware of using their services. Poor customer service and filthy bus.We have used their services the past several years and service has been great, but this past weekend not so much. Here are the facts about this past weekend: We were not aware that you subcontract the service out to a different company (i.e. VIP Bus Service).When the bus arrived, the bus driver indicated they were NOT moving the bus until Coachway pays VIP for the service. We had close to 30 people waiting to be serviced with the plans of leaving the church by 7:30am.Dispatch (or your ****************** was contacted immediately. After many phone calls, we were told they would NOT move the bus until a valid credit card was provided and not at its maximum amount on the card. We were told that Coachways is known to not pay them, or, not pay them on time therefore our church was being held hostage until this issue was resolved.We went several rounds on this issue until your dispatch were able to reach a manager and pay the bill to VIP. This caused a ton of stress for our Pastor, our members, our deacon, and me. Not only did this cause unwarranted stress, but a huge delay in our departure by nearly 2hrs. The business did not leave the church until 9 or 9:30am.The bus was also very dirty and unclean which is also UNACCEPTABLE with COVID and RSV on the rise. The bus driver also had a bad attitude in the beginning which did not help the situation. Our question was, WHY did the bus come to the church in the first place if they had not been paid. This is not only unprofessional, but, UNACCEPTABLE. The church paid their company nearly $5900 in FULL. Therefore, we should not have been in the middle of their business transactions, nor should we have been held hostage as a result. BEWARE.

      Our recent charter experience in CT was outstanding. To be honest, I was nervous after reading reviews here after I booked. But our charter went great. The bus was very nice and clean and on-time to shuttle our wedding guests. The driver was extremely helpful and courteous.

      Absolutely the worst business you could possibly pay money to. We were picked up in the most ratchet vehicle, in which the check engine light was on the whole time and one of the windows was duck taped shut. Our driver did not know how to operate the *** on his phone and so the trip took us an hour longer (normally a 2.5 hour drive; took us 3.5 hours). The delay was NOT due to traffic, simply incompetency. The driver unwittingly had the "avoid highways" setting set on his phone .... He's a professional driver, and he was unaware how to operate his ***. I'm honestly not even sure how that's possible. Anyway, so this was for a corporate event and we were late for the meeting that we should have been 45 minutes early for. The driver was clearly worried about mechanical issues during out trip as well. The check engine light was on, and toward the end of the trip, he turned the ** off (in the middle of August in ********) in an obvious attempt to keep the engine from overheating (as opposed to pulling over and calling dispatch for a new vehicle). When the trip finally ended and we made it to our destination, we called customer service to (1) get a new vehicle for the return trip and (2) complain about the driver. ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT HE HAD ALREADY CALLED THEM AND THE WHOLE COMPANY WAS CALLING US (THE CUSTOMERS) LIARS. They called us, the customers liars, despite having concrete evidence about ALL of the goings on that day (photos of the check engine light and the turned off **). We decided NOT to take our return trip and instead rented cars to ensure the safe return of our people. This is a hilarious story to read. I hope you're entertained. And I hope we receive a full refund for this awful experience.

      This is the worst company ever, I am a motor coach operator, US Coachways contracted with our company to go to ******** for two months and work. They were supposed to pay our company in advance for any trips we were to take. We are out of ************** and had to stay in a hotel for our lodging. Well not only did they not pay us but we are a small company, and we ran out of money. One driver who was up there 5-6 weeks and the other driver was there 4-5 weeks. neither driver has gotten paid for those trips. we tried calling the company as well as the owner ********** and he didn't even care. The two drivers barley had enough fuel in the bus to make it back to **. all companies beware if you choose to do business with this horrible company do not roll out until they pay you first. they deserve 0 stars.

      This company is a sham. I rented a bus with them for my wedding and had nothing but problems. They first sent a driver who couldn't find the hotel for the first pickup (even though he had the address), and then proceeded to drop people off in the wrong location at the venue. He then was late to take people back to the hotel and then sat in the parking lot for an hour. This left us scrambling to try and provide transportation for the remaining guests. The kicker was he then showed back up to the venue long after everyone had left.When I called to ask for a refund, I was told that they could only do a certain amount because they wouldn't profit from the charter. News flash, your company made a mistake, you don't deserve to make a profit in this scenario. I decided to try and do a chargeback but apparently, US Coachways is lying and saying their driver implemented all services properly and it looks like I will lose this case. Thanks US Coachways. You are a scummy business and I cant imagine why anyone would want to work for you. You lie, cheat, and steal from hardworking people all for your own personal gain.

      Do not use them, they are a broker not a bus company. They left 55 kids stranded 45 minutes before they were to leave for their prom. Two months later and we still haven't been refunded. Terrible company.
