Rosegal.com owes me $****** I thought they had credited the owed to me back to ***** Fargo. Which I am attempting to be part of the lawsuit to recover money owed to me by them. That account was closed before rosegal could credit my refund to me and was overdrawn come to find out. This happened in May 2021 I have photos and all documents and photos of everything. They claimed at the beginning of this in Feb 2023 that they never credited the money back due to the account being closed. They said that they would PayPal me my refund if I provided them with my information to credit my PayPal. I kept giving them the information everyday they would repeat themselves and claim it wasn't the right information I even sent them a photo of my qr code. After almost a money of every 24 hours they delayed it saying they needed this or that. Then when they had no choice but to pay it they then claim they can only pay the money back to the original account. But, at the very beginning claimed they we're unable due to the account being closed. So the stalled as long as they could then switched up the whole story because they know that account can't be refunded its impossible. They also know there is no way for me to confirm if they ever credited it back. They have never sent an type of verification of a refund. If they refund that account the money just gets sent back to them and they know this. They claimed they could refund my PayPal no problem then stalled and now are just ripping me off. I have to ******** message them to get them to respond at all now. The order number is ****************** I have proof of everything all the return shipping records photos of the items the item numbers tracking info their conversations mine everything. Plus, they cause my ***** Fargo account to be overdrawn I was unaware I stopped using it due to fraud and false charges by ***** Fargo. I ordered a Christmas outfit (top & pants) size 1X, I received a 2X top & small pant, I asked them to send me the correct size, I also told them that they could just send the correct size of pants as I could wear the 2X top, they said I must send the items back, I asked them to send a pre-paid label (as I had just paid shipping & insurance) they refused they said I had to pay to send the order back as it had already took 3 weeks for them to send the item I knew I was not going to get it before my Christmas party . I paid through PayPal, so I tried to get a resolution through PayPal, then finally in January offered me $10 and to discard the items, I refused, so the end is that PayPal has closed the dispute. All I asked for was a pre-paid label to send the items back because they sent me the complete wrong size, I had already paid a huge shipping and insurance, what was the insurance for anyway?Customer Answer

I ordered 2 dresses. When the first one arrived I went into my account online and cancelled the other. The one I cancelled came over 2 weeks later. I refused delivery of the dress. Wrote "Return to Sender" on package. Postal carrier told me it would be returned. I requested a refund because I had cancelled order already. On 11/30/2022 I ordered a costume (paid for,expedited shipping) guaranteed 3-8 days. As you can see from attached emails, I did not receive the item until about 3weeks later. I have not opened the package because it was for a specific function and the date passed well before I received the item. I sent emails to Rosegal, with no satisfaction and on 12/26/2022 I finally spoke to **** (I have reason to believe that was not his name). It took me calling 5 times before they answered. **** guaranteed I would receive an email with instructions on returning the package and get my refund. That did not happen either. I did however receive an email about the satisfaction of my call, to which I did respond. Today is January 7, 2023 and I tried calling Rosegal again and it just hangs up each time. I placed an order with the company, Rosegal for three items totaling $43.77 on Dec 4. When I placed the order, I put my address in ***************, **. I tracked the delivery, which took almost three weeks. It was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the company immediately and asked them to change the address so I may receive my items. I was told they don't change the address. I thought it was up to the merchant to ensure a consumer received items they paid for? They then told me they were going to look into the address with their shipping department. I waited over a week and heard nothing. I reached back out to Rosegal and told them if the address could not be changed I would like my order to be cancelled and my money returned. I was told, now the items were destroyed and they are not responsible for that. I thought that a company was responsible for the items that a consumer has purchased until they are received by the consumer? If they are not responsible and are not willing to take responsibility, I am out my items and my money. This is not a good way to conduct business.Customer Answer

Rosegal contacted me and stayed they were going to refund a little bit of money. As of this time Jan 28, I have yet to receive any refund from Rosegal. I have looked for my customer service ticket and can not find it on Rosegal website.

So I order a couples outfit for Christmas in the beginning of the month, I kept going to the site to see when it was going to be shipped out for some reason my items said "processing" so I was curious as to why, so I contacted rosegal through ******** messenger I was told they ran out of stock but it doesn't say that on the site infact the item became discounted instead of it saying out of stock I was given the option to wait until the 7th to see if the item would be returning to the store so I can get the items I paid for or I could just get a refund or another item with similar price, I decided to wait a bit more so then a couple days ago I had asked if my items where in yet seems how I paid for them and never got them yet the person on chat got an attitude with me saying you'll get a email when you're item comes in and just acted like I was a burden and I shouldn't be asking about the items I paid for, well today I decided to message rosegal back and ask if my items has been shipped out once more the person at the other end said hang on let me check I've been waiting for a response for the last half hour and finally got tired of waiting so I told them I wanted a refund because I can go somewhere else, but I was ignored, I need my money back or I'll take the leap to take care of this in court that's my money and I paid for those items which I did not get which is a scam.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order with this company. The shipping address was wrong on the invoice the sent me. I contacted them to let the know and they told me there was nothing they could do about it because the package had already been shipped out. The provided me with 2 different tracking numbers. And said it was being shipped through ***** I tracked it useing the number provided and it says a label has been created but no package has been shipped yet. I purchased clothing online at Rosegal.com for $125. I had the wrong address and tried to intercept the package at the old address. They forwarded it for me - but Rosegal now says the mail carrier destroyed the package and at first were not willing to replace the order or refund my money. Now they say they will refund $60. I asked for the mail carrier info that supposedly destroyed the package but they will not **********. Im pretty sure all mail carriers return to sender. ***** or no *****.
